Excellent service from start to finish
I pre-ordered a vinyl LP. The transaction was smooth and easy to navigate through. The LP arrived on the official release date, which I had been told would happen. It was packaged very well and arrive in tiptop condition. A very good service from start to finish.

Bittersweet
As a international buyer I knew I had great chances of being taxed when arrived in my country, and was right. The content declaration served for nothing 'cause the custom office said I had bought 3 CD's and paid $48, when I bought only one and paid $24, which gave a me an extra R$257 expense, and took over 30 days to receive my CD, even tho it has arrived in pristine conditions, the package could've been better, and don't let the CD loose inside the bubbly envelope. And all this could have been avoided if the record label still release CDs in my country.
