FANTASTICALLY quick, easy, online purchasing experience
I had been onto Adore Beauty initially, for the brush product only. When it came to check-out - it refused to allow me to put in the REQUIRED fields of City, and Postcode. I tried a few times. So I could not proceed with the purchase. If there is one thing I hate, it is online shopping sites that are frustrating and impossible. So I shopped around, found you guys, and you also had a Wella product I wanted...plus - added bonus - great discounts on both items. Thanks for a seamless, straightforward experience. Also, your website/screens are 'clean', easy-to-read, and navigate. What a relief...and I know I will love my products. Thank you!

"Terrible Shipping and Poor Support"
I placed an order six days ago, which was supposedly dispatched five days ago. Since then, there have been no tracking updates. I emailed APG ECOMMERCE, and their response was alarming—they claimed they never physically received the parcel and suggested I contact the shipper.
When I reached out to RY, they apologized but provided no real solution. Instead, they directed me to the same tracking link that I already told them shows no updates. The parcel is meant to arrive tomorrow, but it's still in another country. This is extremely frustrating and unacceptable service.
