Dispatch delays dragged on, no explanations or dates given
On 6 Aug, I placed an order for 4 items.
On 9 Aug, they emailed to say none of the 4 items I'd ordered had been dispatched, no explanation of why, and no estimated time to dispatch. I emailed them to ask for an estimated time, and they replied but did not answer my question.
On 12 Aug I emailed them again to ask for an estimated time.
On 15 Aug I'd had no reply, so I emailed them again. They emailed back, but still would not give me a timeframe. After all the ambiguous communication I was dubious about this company, so I cancelled my order.

Communication via email was regular every step from receiving my order to confirmation of delivery. It took six working days to get to my suburban Tauranga address.
The product is exactly as described and works well on day one.

Great prices, poor communication
The prices were great, but a few days after placing my order I received an email to say my order has been delayed. That’s fine, those things happen, but it has now been a week with no further updates. Just any update would be helpful, otherwise I would have been happy to pay more elsewhere if that meant I could know when my order is coming.

Had the most appalling customer…
Had the most appalling customer experience!
I placed an order over a week and a bit ago, and received notification 5 days later that my order has been delayed. i then attempted to cancel this order as I need it urgently (and why did it take so long to advise of the delay???!) via their website and followed up with a message at the same time as I wanted to make sure its cancelled on time! I was then responded by a staff (sharmane) saying they could see the cancellation request on their website and that it is processing to be cancelled! 3 days later i checked again and could see its still showing as processing cancellation so i followed up once again to advise what the eff is happening, to which I was was responded by a different staff to say it is now too late as it left the warehouse blah blah and I should get an email to confirm!
This is beyond ridiculous as I have tried so many times to contact and feels like no one is willing to cancel and just want the sale! I was told I can return it once received but your website states you don't cover cost of shipment to return??? Why should a customer pay for shipment of returned goods when it is your incompetency to cancel an order in the first place? I am so frustrated because I get different response from different people, seems like a generic thing where they cant be bothered with trying to help a customer.
First of all, your company delays the product. some of us do require stuff asap, I had since found a site that had release their product immediately on that same day and I cancelled on timely manner and in multiple channels. So I don't understand why this was not cancelled in the first place (esp since it was done on different channel!!)
Please do not respond to this saying to contact you guys, because whoever responds seems to be useless at their jobs! i will never recommend your website to anyone.
Everyone, do yourselves a favor and save all the hassle. Shop elsewhere!
****UPDATE****
After all these dramas, I got an email from the website to say they still haven't been able to dispatch, then I sent screenshot of all the emails and messages and status of my order and I was told they can't help as it's in the warehouse. If you can't cancel then why have that option button to cancel if it's not legit? Then I get the opposite email to say it hasn't despatched but been told it's been despatched. After soooooooo many exhausting emails one staff responded and said they will try to contact the warehouse. I still can't grasp the fact that why wasn't this done when i cancelled from the very beginning. Like I said, save the hassle everyone.

Had a issue with a delivery to NZ for…
Had a issue with a delivery to NZ for an order I had placed which one went missing with the courier so another one was sent to replace it then the other turned up which took a bit of time for me to try and sort but luckily I came across a staff member called Ryan who was extremely helpful and professional and with one email he managed to fix this up for me within a matter of minutes of me emailing
