Unordered goods and one charged for !!
First I thought it was a NZ co and it appears nie it's Australian one is I find that very deceptive.
Secondly , I only ordered three things DrcHauschka eye makeup products as that is all I needed. Now I getting all sorts of extras I don't want didn't order and don't need and I am being charged for at least one of them , even your account makes it not easy to understand .Either your website is unclear or again it is a deceptive practice .
Not happy !

Easy online experience, outstanding customer service
I purchased a hair straightener a year ago. I was really happy with the product but it suddenly stopped working. Fortunately the item was still under guarantee so I could return/replace it. The returns process was so simple. RY offered me a full refund + extra credit to purchase it again online because the price had now gone up. The e-mail correspondence was excellent as was the phone interactions. I re-purchased the item and am awaiting delivery. I would not hesitate to use RY again as the order experience is great but more importantly when things go wrong that is not your fault, they help make it right.
