RecruitCRM has been excellent. From their initial info call to right through to continued support after we've signed up and the regular check-ins to see how we're getting on has just been superb. Tara has worked hard to keep us up to date, answer queries and help with new users.
The system is easy to use, navigate and track. It's great to see a system so adaptable to our specific needs and should they change in the future, the system would still be able to support. It's been great.

The tool itself is really nice to use, with new features every week or so. The new advanced search rocks! AI copilot is starting to be quite strong and helps maximizing teams efficiency.
In addition to that, the team (especially Sanjib and Sahil) is particularly present to help, hear feedback and lead us through our journey with the product, which is really appreciated.

As a non-daily user of Recruit CRM getting the proper support and input on features to optimize our internal processes better.

Over the past 15 years we've used a number of different recruitment CRM/ATS systems but for us RecruitCRM is pretty much one of the most adaptable, cost effective and user friendly CRM systems we've ever used.

Whether it's the quick access to tech support, which I have to say is absolutely first class every time or the fact that they continually invest into new features is mind boggling.

It's only been two years for us with RecruitCRM but from what I've seen them achieve in this time frame, I look forward to where they will be in the next two years.

Oh and I should also like to add that if you are recruiter who requires on the move instant access to your database then their mobile app is one of the best. You can pretty much do most things whilst on the go.

And now with the investment into AI helping streamline the recruitment process, it's saving us almost an hour a day or giving us an extra hour depending on how you look at it.

Excellent Software with a superb back up team. Allowed us to make the transition from our old software to Recruit CRM easily. Team are always looking to improve the software by listening to our feedback. Our account manager Sanjib Deb Roy is a pleasure to work with and is always available.
