5 stars! Highly recommend Recruit CRM
The Recruit CRM platform is so intuitive with easy and customizable work flow integrations. Online help articles are thorough and customer service responsiveness is a dream. I really love that this is a CRM our small business can pay for monthly vs. a yearly contract with most of the other major recruiting CRM companies. For executive search and recruiting firms looking for CRM solutions, Recruit CRM is definitely worth evaluating!

Excellent Recruitment CRM
I've been using Recruit CRM for almost 2 years now, and highly rate it. The customer service is amazing, they always respond within 3 minutes via chat, so help is always available. Our account manager will jump on a meeting with us when requested for any reason, they are so accommodating. We are a retained search firm and whilst it's not perfect it has some great features such as quick LinkedIn parsing, advanced searches, client portal, email sequencing, and you can upgrade to advanced automations, it also integrates with Zapier which is helpful. It's not as expensive as some similar CRMs so is a good option.

Using rcrm now for almost 2 years - very happy with the set up and usability (easy to use and very intuitive)
- like the customer support and constant thrive to fulfill our needs and customizations (suggestions to make product better is always listend to)
- thrive to make product better many updates on the product
price in my opinion relatively high (per seat) compared to our product we used before, but also more functions -> would recommend this product especially for companies with a with a high volume of candidates, deals and information

Decided to use this recruitment…
Decided to use this recruitment software after a bad experience with a previous CRM and a little more due diligence this time round. All in all a good system to use, quick and easy to add both clients and candidates. This system is best used for perms as the temp side functionality on it is a bit lacking, but i knew this from the start .
All in all great system, that is worth 5 stars once the temp side is added.
