Barracudas have offered me great experiences and opportunities during my time working for them. The company have allowed me to progress and develop my skills, starting out as a Multi-Activity instructor and progressing to senior roles, firstly as a Senior Sports Instructor and as a Camp Manager. The support and training that is given and provided from the team at Central Office before, during and after camp has been fantastic and extremely beneficial. Overall, a great company to work for!

Reat experience but I think staff should be paid for training days.

Great work in the whole process

I worked for the company last summer 2019 for the first time.It was a great experience and I worked with some really lovely people.

The recruitment process for Barracudas is very simple. The standout part of the process is the recruitment team who are friendly and always quick to respond. I have worked with Barracudas for 8 years and have always had a great experience! I am looking forward to this continuing.

Really great place to work for Easter or Summer job. Really lovely people to work with and the company offer a good range of roles so you have the chance to develop different leadership skills.

Even though I only worked for the company for a few days at the very end of the season, I can honestly say I loved it. I can’t wait to return next year and work the entire season!

Greta place to work. I have worked as an Early Year and Camp Manager and will certainly be returning next year. Great communication from head office and always someone to call if you need to. Most importantly there is a fantastic child safeguarding policy and feel very confident with the procedures. We where a new camp and I do feel that a few of our smaller requests for additional equipment could have been met. As a whole I absolutely loved my time working for Barracudas!

Barracudas has been a brilliant and supportive company that has supported me with becoming a teacher. Barracudas helped me to learn how to plan and deliver sessions to children. It helped me to support children and learn how to work as a team. The recruitment staff are always very kind and welcoming and quick to help.
