I was booking ticket on an offer of 15%…

I was booking ticket on an offer of 15% discount. Ticket price was Rs 8032. But Redbus didn't complete the payment, I paid. It asked for Rs 8500 for the next attempt. I think it was not allowing the payment by algorithm to steal customers' money unethically.

Had to claim from my bank a successfull charge back from a trip, due to an absolute incompetence from their customer service. Still ignore by this day whether they are genuinely stupids or bad faith.

As I was traveling from Hadapsar to…

As I was traveling from Hadapsar to Solapur, Address given was opposite side of National Highway. It was 250 ft longer at opposite site. So it was very troubling to cross the road with huge traffic. PVS TRAVELS staff is non cooperative

Extremely Unsafe & Irresponsible…

Extremely Unsafe & Irresponsible Service – Legal Action Initiated

I want to bring a very serious and unacceptable issue to your notice. The driver of the bus was driving after consuming alcohol, and we narrowly escaped a major accident. When a passenger objected to this life-threatening behavior, the driver abandoned the bus midway on the highway and ran away.

We immediately contacted the travel agency (Siddheshwar Travel)through RedBus, but there was absolutely no proper or timely response. Passengers were forced to wait on the highway for nearly 2 hours, putting our safety at further risk. Only after this long delay was another bus arranged.

We were supposed to reach Nagpur at 5:00 AM, but even at 10:15 AM we had still not reached our destination — a delay of over 5 hours. Because of this gross negligence, I missed my 9:00 AM professional meeting, resulting in significant financial and professional loss.

Who will compensate for this loss?

This is not a minor inconvenience. Allowing a drunk driver to operate a passenger vehicle is criminally negligent and extremely dangerous. Such irresponsibility from a platform like RedBus is shocking and unacceptable.

Please understand that I am treating this matter very seriously. I am filing a legal case regarding this incident and will escalate it to higher authorities if required.

This experience has completely destroyed my trust in RedBus.

0 stars for red bus worst service

If there would have been a option of 0 stars I would have mentioned it and ki dly nobody book anything on red bus as they dont care about customers they just be side on their driver's... my bus got late by 2 hours and there was no prior notice as we stood on a highway for 2 hours and now they are saying amount cannot be refunded if you are not comfortable go for another alternative...is this the resolution should anyone have to give worst service never gonna use red bus it was my first time and last

My booking was for 12:10 pm on 12/12/2025. My Red Bus ticket was booked for December 12th, but the bus drivers refused to give me a seat. After I pleaded with them, they charged me an extra 800 rupees and then gave me a seat. After a short walk, they made me sit at the very back, where I was jostled so much that my health deteriorated. They told me not to tell anyone. The bus drivers had made a data entry error. My Red Bus ticket was for December 12th, but they issued a ticket for December 13th. I booked it Now whose mistake is it? I had booked a hotel in Mussoorie for Rs. 3000 per night. My birthday was on 12th December and I was going to celebrate my birthday. They ruined my entire birthday. The services were very bad. I want my refund, otherwise I will file a case in the consumer court against redbus and the bus company I have paid 2321 rupees for the comfortable journey but it turns into horrible experience the bus name was zing bus

Refund issue

.Bus operators cancelled my ticket on 20th November 2025 from chennai to trivandrum. So far i didn't receive my refund. Whenever i m sending mails, redbuss is just trying to convince me that they have done their refund processing, and it is the issue with the bank. But when i enquire this at bank, they said the amount is not yet credited. The redbus is making me foolish. Its so embracing, how they treat their regular passengers

Poor customer service

Poor customer service. I have been trying to contact Red bus customer support team since yesterday regarding my ticket cancellation got no response. Never travelling and recommend anyone about this app. Even the app generated ticket got incorrect ticket number due to am unable to cancel my booking.

I am always using for bus booking " "redBus" App only. I got the worst experience today with this app. I am not expected. I need to onboarding today morning 10:00AM at our company. My Dropping point Ameerpet at 8.00 AM as per the mentioned in the app but they were dropped Near Mahidhipatnam Bus garrage around 11:00AM. They are not provided any Van for Dropping to Ameerpet. Wasted our time. I am trying contact bus operators not responding simply they are telling it's a not response of ours(Dhanunjaya travels contact number:9246106786). All passengers struggled to reached locations. Kids and small babies are in journey. It's a very sadly shared that bad and worst experience..

Worst experience with "Dhanunjaya Travels through redBus"

I am always using for bus booking " "redBus" App only. I got the worst experience today with this app. I am not expected. I need to onboarding today morning 9:00AM at our company. Very pathetic service

One star is because I didn’t leave that zero Very pathetic service by Flix travel.Booked ticket for Dhule on 9 th dec with chunabatti as pick up point, (thro’red bus) bus didn’t stopped at the point and left directly without boarding me, also while coming to Mumbai my drop point was Dadar but the bus swaminarayan travels which I booked through red bus didn’t go to Dadar and I have to deboard at other place though my ticket showing drop point as Dadar TT

Don't be a foreigner

Okay, I'm a foreigner, so I have no Indian sim (very hard to get in most states). But a dropdown menu gave options for overseas numbers and my booking and payment were readily accepted. So far so good.
But then!
Redbus mentioned the wrong boarding location on my ticket, so no bus appeared. We tried to call the busdriver, but as that was on somebody elses phone, driver did not answer. By the time we found out the new boarding place, bus was already gone.
Trying to claim a refund (or at least an apology) it turned out to be absolutely impossible to reach a human agent, even on phone (a robot asks questions and then hangs up on you), customer service is totally inaccessible, no chat (despite a link that connects to a non existing page). I gave up after two hours trying. Money gone. Soit.
I would suggest Redbus does not accept foreign numbers, as in case of complications they are not able to deliver. I would also suggest they set up an existing customer service. I feel quite robbed and totally let down by them now.

Worst customer service with even worse bus operators

It has automated customer service which says I have been emailed the resolution plan but I never received any email regarding the same. And now I'm blocked stating that it's too late for the complaint to be registered again when their customers service took 11 days to respond.

I was promised a good refund against cancellation. However, I received an almost negligible refund after I cancelled the ticket. The custo9mer support team is pathetic. They promise something and then deliver worst of them. Not reliable.

I hope i could give them a zero rating…
Worst experience ever.

My sister booked an AC sleeper (female sharing) from Siwan, Bihar to Delhi — almost a 24-hour journey. RedBus allotted her a coach with a lady carrying two kids (5 years & 6 months). How can you put a co-passenger with children in a female-sharing sleeper cabin meant for adults?

She complained immediately, but:

– RedBus gave no support
– The bus staff refused to help
– They even told her to cancel her ticket mid-journey

This is irresponsible and unacceptable. She paid for comfort and safety — but RedBus delivered neither. Highly disappointed.
