I don't complain or write bad reviews.... BUT having placed a large order in September, i have received some of it - in parts and late, and still waiting for the stand is just not acceptable. Advised there was a 5 week delay in September, and after chasing them i'm now advised next year.. Im sure it will be good when I get it, but they need to improve their logistics and communications. Buy elsewhere if you can.

Good product at a good price.
Only concern was that there was no US 120 volt ac plug choice. Company said I have to purchase an adapter, but it arrived with a US 120 volt plug and works great. It would be nice if they would add that choice to their web site, so US buyers can purchase with confidence.

I paid for two dusk lamps and only one arrived.
If you can avoid using Bartolini in the future that would be really helpful as they have been next to useless with the delivery.

Red light rising are an amazing business. They look after you holistically. No quick sale and then drop you. They look after you all the way and more. I wish them so much success. They are championing the way in health.

I already had one lamp and find it Brilliant.
I purchased another for my daughter but it came without a mains charging cable. I’m told this is being sorted so when it turns up and my daughter is able to use it, then it will I’m sure be 5 Star.

They owe me £450. They've had the goods returned for well over two weeks. They keep fobbing me off with statements about needing to check receipt of goods, the courier sent me a tracking receipt. They have ignored my letters of breach of contract. I've come on here to warn others and see Trustpilot warning that RedLightRising are misusing reviews, false representation. Perhaps RedLightRising need to be investigated for fraud. AVOID.

The panel was supposed to come soon, but it took over a month

I have used red light for a few years now, and I thought that I have enough red lights. That was until I saw and felt the target light 4 at the health optimisation summit. I wanted to have a go so did 2 five minute sessions throughout the day. The intensity of this light was noticeable straight away. And when reading the stats you see why. This is such a powerful light, it’s recommended for clinics. Which is also one of the reasons I wanted it. To get as power a red light high that I can get, in a concentrated beam almost. I’ve had it for 3 weeks and the whole house is benefiting from the light. I’m the only one that stands in front of the panel. But everyone else has been using this light because it has a really practical adjustable stand which allows you to use the light while watching tv or sitting at the table or desk and because it’s so powerful you can feel a difference after a few minutes. I have a physical job and enjoying working out and I’m closer to mid 40s than I’d like to be. Red light is a way to give my body a boost to help recover and live my best life for me and my family.

The process of buying and receiving went really well and so far I am very pleased with the product

Iv had the half stack panel for less than a month. It’s not for me- I ordered with confidence due to their refund no quibble. However for a good few days now I’m having to chase them on email and what’s app for their returns guide. I can’t find any info on website with these instructions either. Only reason I've not given 5 stars was simply because my country wasn't on the delivery handlers list. This meant I had to send several e-mails to gain attention to the problem. Once solved, I sat in anticipation of my Red Light 670 arriving which it did exactly on time.

Probably the strangest thing I've noticed when using the lamp for the 3 minutes daily as per instructions, is I want it to go on for longer. Of course, I'm not doing this. However, the Red Light exudes comfort not in the sense of warm heat, as in a tangible calm at the beginning of the day. Guide suggest using the Red Light between 8 & 9.am. If I could, I'd sit there from 8.am to 9.am. Yes, a whole hour it is that remarkable a feeling. Anyone fearful of trying this advance in tech, should overcome those fears. It is proving worthy of every Euro spent.

This is a lovely light , relaxing sets a relaxing mood .. doesn’t hurt eyes when I first put it on & stays that way .
