Red Light Rising Reviews 

This review is for the blue light blocking glasses. I bought the Nyx style in both the yellow (DayPro) and the red (NightPro) lenses options. They cost £75 each. You can wear the glasses on top of your reading glasses. I like the DayPro, but I am struggling with the NightPro as they make everything a weird pink colour which is just difficult to get used to. I'm going to persevere as I have to do a lot of evening reading, but they are a big adjustment for me.

Would recommend this company on their customer care and communication.

My order has never arrived. They have never replied to any of my emails. They like to be contacted on WhatsApp but ignore that too. I have tried to ring them today but the number does not exist. I'm wondering if they have gone bust? Disappointing that they were a major exhibitor at the recent Health Optimisation Summit. I hope my credit card company can get my money back. Don't buy anything from them.

Terrible customer experience. My product hadn’t arrived so I chased the delivery and they were quite abrupt with me told me that I picked it up from a conference which I didn’t attend as I’d asked for the product to be delivered to my home address & now they’ve gone silent on me. I would avoid this company.

I haven't had time to assess the effects yet because I've only used it once, but I find It a very pleasant and relaxing experience.

Ordered the product with “expedited shipping”

They didn’t even have a panel to send. At no point during the process did they admit this until in complained.

Continued to spam their products to me despite having none to sell!

Abysmal company. Avoid at all costs if you actually want to get a panel.

Spending circa £1k is an investment not a throw away product. The drop shipping mentality (or approach) won’t cut it.

I’d guess this organisation is doomed to fail. Shop with care!

I bought the lamp as a gift for someone suffering from stress and anxiety and in a short time she is feeling a calming effect.

Has been a very positive experience from initial enquiry to purchase of 2 RLT units. It's still early days with regards to benefits but it does seem to be helping with my severe knee pain & can definitely see a slight improvement in the skin on my face. I will continue with my routine & hope that the positive results will continue & become even better over more time

Excellent company - first class customer service (a rarity these days), quality products, very fast delivery and very, very good after sales service (even rarer!). I bought a Full stack a while back, I'm so impressed I bought another as a gift recently. I love that this is a UK based company who you can email or WhatsApp with queries and they reply ridiculously fast and are always helpful. I honestly can't praise them highly enough.

My order did not arrive until I got in touch with Red Light Rising. Once I emailed them, I received a reply immediately and my order came shortly afterwards. I assume that the shipping part of the order was a glitch and was fixed in a timely manner. The machine works great and is good quality. Thank you.

We purchased red light panel for our wellness center in Turkiye.The sales department was really helpful and response was quick on the emails. The only problem was they did not have Turkiye on their country llist at the purchase step so that was difficult and that made the process longer. I would like to see Turkiye on their country list for purchase. We are excited to try red light theraphy and introduce it to the Turkish people. Thanks to the friendly helpful team.

My wife ordered a hand held unit . Waited a week .3 deliveries did not arrive. There what’s app shows no such number. Beware

I waited for 3 deliveries none delivered despite phone calls to Parcel force.no option but to cancel and ask for a refund.Disappointed
