Judging by most of the recent comments, it seems I am far from being alone in thinking the revised website is nothing short of dreadful. Very, slow to react, huge margins on May pages requiring lots of scrolling. No statement age, No quick access like face recognition which I was told RM think is not secure enough. Though it seems to be fine for banks, other financial institutions, and thousands of others. But judging be the answers I have had from the head office and even from the CE’s over recent months, it seems they believe it is virtually perfect. From which I assume they don’t use it. Thank goodness for the fantastic people in my local office. Without them I would be long gone. Are the management too proud to admit they have got it wrong of was it so expensive they cannot afford to change it?

Their new web portal is really frustrating.

Contract notes now take 24 hours to process instead of the previous 2 hours. I usually copy that data from the C.Notes to enter in my system, now I must wait one day if not more.

I suspect their engineers programmed the accounts first and are now trying to reverse engineer the C.Notes to fit the facts.

I believe, rightly or wrongly, that the C.Notes are the legal and financial basis of any transaction and therefore should be given preference.

There are also problems are with Corporate Actions.

My confidence in the company is waning. Other companies introducing new apps. explain to the customers what is going on and apologise for inconveniences.
Redmayne announced their app. as 'de facto' , without explications nor apologies and do not seem amenable to suggestions.

I had an account with Redmayne Bentley for over twenty years and was quite happy with it till it was transferred to MPS then it went down hill when other companies were making money I complained to the ombudsman but he backed the company even though my losses over the last four years were about twenty percent.

Helpful and efficient Company.
Only used on an execution basis.

Just wanted to thank Jonathon for sorting out an issue that had been hampering my ability to access my account online.

He solved the problen in just a few minutes and all is well now.

This app is absolutely dire. It is laggy; not at all intuitive, doesn't appear to be linked properly with the e.mail notifications and is a massive backwards step from the previous web based system.
Dreadful experience from an otherwise good firm.
