Fantastic each and every time we’ve used Gale. Think we’re upto our fifth holiday and booking next year and discussing 2026!! Covered holiday from us as a couple and holiday with our children and then with the wider family’s (18) all been fantastic, great memories forever!!

Gail Glanville from Red Route Travel helped me with my trip recently and she was a star. Really went above and beyond to help me and made sure my trip was everything I wanted! She’s there from start to finish, professional, organised and was such great help with any questions I had, Gail truly cared about the experience I was getting. I contacted Red Route Travel because I used to know a previous representative. I was put in touch with Gail Glanville and from that moment I had no worries. Nothing was too much trouble for Gail and she was always available for queries about our holiday. She went above and beyond when it came to finding a holiday and making all the arrangements. I would have no second thoughts about using Gail for any future holidays.

Another holiday booked through Gail and can’t fault her at all. She is amazing and always there when you need her. Will definitely be using her again in the future, hopefully for our much awaited honeymoon 😉xx

Just got back from Mauritius and wanted to write a review for Gail who went over and above to ensure we were looked after throughout the whole holiday. From start to finish she maintained contact to ensure we were enjoying our vacation.

I have used Gail for a few years now and would not use anyone else!! It’s not just that she has taken the time to get to know me and what I like and expect from a holiday but the customer service prior, during and after going on holiday! Gail has replied to messages and requests while on holiday herself and nothing is too much trouble! I had a problem while abroad during the pandemic and was caught in the fires this summer in Rhodes when everyone else was struggling to get hold of anyone or help she was there doing her all….. that piece of mind alone is worth so much! Thank you Gail it and you are appreciated

Escorted tour to Sicily - Gail was very proactive with her communication and everything was organised perfectly. She contacted us whilst away to check everything was ok. First class!

Gail was so friendly , efficient and made everything as smooth and stress free as possible. We have just booked to go to the Maldives for our honeymoon, Gail matched a price I found and included benefits such as an upgraded package and catered to our preferred day with no stress at all. Nothing was too hard to ask , no sales talk just complete transparency from the beginning.

I don't usually take the time to write reviews, but I had to take the time to write this one because of the service that I received.

I learned about RedRoute Travel at a wedding fair I attended with my fiance. Gail Glanville was the representative there from RedRoute Travel on behalf of Sandals Resorts. From the first words we shared, Gail has been patient, polite, friendly and genuinely helpful. She has been so invested in planning my fiance and my honeymoon that I can't recommend her enough. We had to make multiple changes to our trip due to unplanned complications, and Gail was unphased and kept going through the process with us. I believe that she was genuinely happy to accommodate the changes. She even helped us to find efficient solutions as if it was her own trip that she was planning. She even found a way to make our whole trip considerably cheaper while still meeting all our needs and we didn't even ask her to do that.

She has been an angel during this time of planning. She has made the whole process enjoyable and stress-free. She even helped us to find the venue for our reception, again, without even being asked. She just picked up on it during a conversation that we had and found suggestions for us. Thanks to Gail, my fiance and I will get to have our dream honeymoon in the Caribbean.

The world needs more passionate, hardworking and kind people like Gail and I hope that more people get to work with her so that their dreams can come true too!

I contacted Gail at Red Route travel to help me plan an exotic trip away for my son and me. Travelling as a single parent I had a certain criteria to try to make sure my son was entertained with plenty of activities for him to do with me as well as an age appropriate kids club that he would be happy to go to. Gail gave me a number of options at different points within the budget set. I opted for Turks and Caicos, Beaches Resort (part of the Sandals group). Gail took care of it all and them some, she made not only the booking process stress free, seamless and exciting but checked in on me at intervals post booking and pre holiday checkin and even sorted out travel to the airport for us on our departure date delivering a service above and beyond. The holiday ticked every box and more for us. It was a holiday of a life time truly unforgettable and made memories that will never be forgotten. I felt safe knowing that if I did encounter any issue that Gail was only 1 message away willing to sort it out for me which gave me such peace of mind I could really just enjoy the holiday.

First time using RedRoute travel, and I’ve been really impressed. Gail was kind and professional from the very beginning, nothing was to much of an ask. It made booking our holiday a whole lot less stressful by taking on the responsibility of finding and booking away from yourself.
