My getaway to Fira, Santorini was incredible from start to finish. Gail organised everything perfectly, and Hotel El Greco was a fantastic choice: multiple pools, a calm and relaxed vibe, mainly adults, great food, and only a short walk into Fira town. Exactly the kind of place that makes a holiday feel effortless.

I explored Perissa Beach using the local bus — under €3 each way — super easy and totally worth it. The beach is stunning, spacious, and a brilliant change of scenery.

I also tried loads of local food and drink during the trip. Everything was amazing value, all fresh ingredients, and so many different options to choose from. Whether you want traditional Greek dishes, quick bites, or something more modern, Santorini has it all.

And of course, PK Cocktail Bar for the famous sunset over the caldera was unforgettable — one of those moments you carry with you long after you’re home.

There’s also plenty to do: beaches, bars, walks, viewpoints, local shops, and loads of activities if you want to mix things up.

If you’re thinking about booking Santorini or any holiday, I can’t recommend Gail at Red Route Travel enough. She makes everything smooth, personal, and genuinely enjoyable. I’ll definitely be booking with her again.

We recently booked a 2-week holiday to Jamaica through Gail at Red Route Travel, and I honestly can’t recommend her enough. We have previously booked with her and so happy with the service she provides.

From the initial booking some 9 months ago right through until the day we got home (& even since we returned) Gail at NJT has been on top of everything, any itinerary changes or questions on excursions have been immediately dealt with & made the whole holiday so much more relaxing. Vietnam isn't probably top of most holiday destinations but it is one to visit. Breathtaking scenery, friendly locals & more history than just the recent war to keep you captivated. Hanoi & Ho Chi Min city are exhilarating & the traffic takes dome getting used to whereas Ninh Bin province is quiet & relaxing. Halong Bay is unbelievable & an absolute must on an overnight cruise. Put Vietnam on your bucket list & Gail at Red Route travel will do all the leg work so you just enjoy!

Sandals Royal Plantation
We’ve just returned from what was meant to be a relaxing getaway at the beautiful Sandals Royal Plantation. The property was stunning and the beach was truly breathtaking. But our trip took an unexpected turn when Hurricane Melissa arrived, bringing with it some of the most stressful and frightening moments we’ve ever experienced.
Through it all, we were incredibly fortunate to have Gail by our side. She was there for us day and night, always just a phone call or message away. Her calm reassurance, constant support, and genuine care carried us through the worst of the storm. And once it passed, she continued to guide us through all the chaos — the visas, the paperwork, the flight changes — everything we needed to get home safely.
Gail, we truly don’t know how we would have managed without you. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you.
You were our anchor during the storm, and we are forever grateful. xx

Gail is amazing! I couldn’t have asked for anyone better. She’s always on hand. Any questions you need, she’s there straight away to answer all the questions, whatever time of the day. She goes above & beyond for you, honestly. I’m so glad I’ve gone with her for our holiday/ honeymoon/ wedding. She came out with the best suggestions & we’re so happy on where we are going. We booked a lovely 10 day adventure in Turkey with Gail. We had the best time and gail was very helpful throughout the whole journey from right before we left up until we arrived safely back at home. Having returned from a great holiday in Cyprus it’s now time to reflect and comment on the professionalism and great eye for detail Gail has for putting together a tailor made experience which was second to none. A last-minute trip to Dubai was quickly arranged by Gail Glanville. Everything went flowless – chauffeur, business class flights and check in to a hotel of our choice with a marina view. Gail maintained contact with us making sure everything is perfect. Where shall we go next?

We booked a two-week adventure to Costa Rica with Gail and had the best time, and the best personal service! We had a week's land tour plus a unique week on the sailing ship Star Clipper. Gail sorted our direct flights from Spain. All connections and guide contact were perfect. She contacted us to see how we were doing, and surprised us on the ship with an anniversary cake!

Nothing is too much trouble for Gail, she answers every question even whilst away and no matter the time.
