New system didn't take my booking initially, I had a number, but the had nothing on their system. Staff at the airport, made it effortless to get it sorted out
Redspot car rentals. Sydney to Gold Coast.
The first positive was Allan on the desk at Sydney Domestic Terminal, friendly with clear explanations on the rental agreement. A short wait & I was picked up by the private bus & taken to where the car was kept, a late model VW Golf Polo, which was very clean, pictures of the car are supplied so you can check any existing damage shows up in the photos. Take your time, after looking at the car a second time, I noticed things I had missed, which were covered in the photos. There is an option to add additional photos which I recommend as pinpointing any damage can be hard to see in the original photos.
The car performed flawlessly from Sydney to the Gold Coast (airport) and had great fuel economy.
Drop off was a breeze, you park the car in the companies designated area (can be a bit hard to find) in the rental car drop off area, then take the key to their counter in the terminal to the friendly staff.
All up a great experience. Thankyou.

Few concerns, should display a larger board at the Airport Lounge so people can see redspot rather than entreprises or something, also please try to respond to phone calls and still waiting for the deposit amount to be credited back.

After 16 months of hiring car and returning vehicle 6 days into 14 day lease because of breakdown and given replacement vehicle had $600 deducted from my savings account to pay for replacement vehicle wht are you holding my bank details 16 months after vehicle hire complete?????

Redspot took $5544 from my card 3 weeks after I returned the car. And they didn't give any explanation / any reason why they took the money.
They didn't reply the email and didn't answer the call.
I returned the car in a good condition without any damage, and I refilled the fuel full too.

This company is horrendous
This company is horrendous. They lie to you and promise one thing and do another. Their customer service is equally appalling and distressing. They treat customers very poorly and in a dictatorial fashion by making rude remarks. Our refund has not be returned yet even though we were promised it would be. When they tell you that it will be returned it should be returned on time. But they keep delaying and delaying and then process only a partial refund. I will not trust this company and give them any business in the future as they are untrustworthy. They also have zero customer service because when you call their customer care number it just goes to one of their locations and the reps that answer are incredibly rude and threatening. They try to bully the customer by withholding information from them. Please think before renting with this unethical company.
