I’ve yet to migrate but great service so far

Bought an S20 at the end of January
Bought an S20 at the end of January, was a little late getting here but that's fine. Use it up until the end of April where all of a sudden it bricks completely, I try everything to hard reboot and nothing, not even showing that its charging when plugged in. I contact Reebelo and explain I cant wipe the password as its basically dead, they have me send it back, they recieved it May 8th, Ive had one email asking what was a matter with it and another asking for the password and that was it. My last email from them was nearly a week ago which just said they'd let me know what the vendor says. Ive emailed three times now with no response. I dont know if they got it working, if they're going through my stuff on my phone. I don't know what's happening and at this point Im starting to regret my purchase.

Terrible customer support, terrible vendors. I bought 2 devices until today, but both of them I faced lots of problems. One of them hasn’t delivered and they canceled the deal after 7 days I purchased the product and I need to wait my money for take back 5 days! Other product was not seems identified. Absolutely scam! Avoid them

Ordered a phone and screen protector, phone was all good, but protector was cracked. After some emails with staff, it was agreed they would send a replacement, so at this stage all has been good.
