Delivery estimates are wrong
Place an order on the 14th.
Website indicated I would get the phone no later than the 18th.
It's now the 21st and it still has not been dispatched. FAQ says it can take up to 7 days to get dispatched.
This means the information about me getting the phone on the 18th is an outright lie.
This is annoying.
I can accept longer delivery times if I am told the truth from the beginning.
Lying to me about it is not okay.
Even some communication would have ideal, delays happen, pipeline isn't perfect, but to date there has been nothing.

Ordered an iPhone 13 in excellent…
Ordered an iPhone 13 in excellent condition and was not aware that the battery life was at 80% until I got the invoice and then when I got the phone the battery health was actually at 79%. I want to return the phone but there is no way to get in contact with them. I am unable to log onto my account as it says I’m in the system but I cannot get sent any sort of password reset or codes… Nothing is showing up. It doesn’t look like there’s any other way to contact the company. Not happy at all it was a mistake buying directly through this company.

Fast delivery, came with case and screen protecter, however the charging cable was on its own with no plug. Not a big problem though.

Samsung S21 FE
The product, a Samsung S21 FE was in excellent shape, and seems to work well at this point, 2nd day. My only issue was with shipping, which took 9 days. Turns out that it was UPS Express-Canada Post Expedited Parcel, which is not bad in its own right, but I was not aware of who the shipper was, and it seemed to take longer than I had expected, without any updates available, till it was virtually here. Otherwise, happy with the product and price.
