This company is bunch od scammers... They dont send me my order + delay my money 7 days + even i paid for my order instantly.... = scammers... Black list this company forever

All the speculators from the Czech Republic and Slovakia furious and raging here because there was a bug on the webpage and sneakers cost 2-3EUR/pair if you switched the curreny to CZK and chose the Czech Republic as your shipping destination (just check out the country of the negative reviews). So they naively ordered (some of them even 200+) pairs of Reebok sneakers and expected to get them all almost for free LOL. I've made a small order too but it seemed too good to be true and it was already cancelled, I was issued a refund. This review is only about this occurence, I have not ordered anything else from Reebok but thought they deserve at least one honest review. All the rest is just greed fueled hate and disappointment and they even take the effort to write these ridiculous long rants. Show me a company in this capitalistic world which gives away sneakers and clothing for 1-2-3EUR/piece haha. There is no such thing, it was an error on the website and you purchased the goods KNOWINGLY. Don't worry, you will get back your money and just move on...

I ordered because the price semed great. My order was confirmed and the cancelled 2 days later. The company claims they cancelled it because of a "technical error"... They didn't even offer any other explanation or a discount coupon as apology... Safe to say i will not shop here again, the products are overpriced and the customer service is horrible.

I’m disappointed: I placed my order, paid immediately, and two days later I’m told it’s been canceled? That’s something I’d expect from a small, dubious e-shop, not a major brand. I was counting on the clothing, so I can’t recommend them.

My order was cancelled with poor explenation. Ill never buy anything form this brand and encureage everybody to do the same.

I recently placed two separate orders on Reebok.eu — not as a reseller, but as a genuine customer buying products for myself and my parents.

Due to a pricing error, Reebok cancelled both of my orders completely. I understand that mass reseller orders sometimes need to be stopped, but they could have handled this situation in a much smarter and more customer-friendly way.

For example, they could have allowed real customers to keep one item or one order, or provided some form of goodwill gesture. Instead, they chose to cancel everything without giving customers a choice.

This was a missed opportunity to build trust and goodwill — something far more valuable than the short-term savings from cancelling small, genuine orders. As a result, I won’t be shopping with Reebok again, and will share my experience so others are aware.

Brands live or die by customer experience — Reebok should remember that.

Order with discounted products cancelled after 2 days without much explanation. No compensation in short nothing. For me unfair treatment.

Terrible experience, they didn't call me for a long time and cancelled my already paid order. They haven't refunded my money yet, so I'm curious..

Never buying a single thing from this company again. My order has been canceled, but no explanation or apologies for why that happened. I'm disgusted. From now on whenever I see clothing or shoes of this brand I will never ever even consider buying those, let alone actually buy them. This Company doesn't dare about nothing, no communication at all, I've never ever seen something like this.

Please whatever you do, don’t order from this brand, especially not if you want to buy something on discount, it’s a scam. I never ordered or bought anything anywhere from this brand before, until two days ago. They came up with huge discounts and gained many new customers from Czechia (probably more than ever before, or at least in my country, considering their unpopularity here). Because of the huge discounts, I actually found some pretty pieces, which I didn’t expect from this brand. I ordered three pants and one hoodie. I placed the order on Saturday, 7th of June at like 2AM, so I was also pretty early compared to others who found that discount later during the weekend. And as you probably already read from other reviews here, they canceled that order. Their only explanation was “technical error during processing”. And now I have to wait five to seven business days until I receive my money back. The brand didn’t give me any further explanation on why they can’t deliver my order, and not even anything in return as an apology, as I’m used to from other companies. No discount voucher for my next order, not anything. I strongly advise everyone not to order from them, their company organization is clearly poor and their customer service clearly doesn’t even exist, they don’t care about their customers at all. It’s even more absurd, as they act like high end company and their normal prices are similar to brands like Nike for example. I could expect such thing to happen from sh*t companies like Temu maybe, but this is ridiculous. I recommend everyone to buy from any company that actually cares about their performance, as well as for their customers. This brand doesn’t deserve your money, energy and time.

Holding my money for a few days and then just cancel my order is not okay. No coupons as an apology either, just plain words for their fault. I would avoid this company as much as possible and my purchase of shoes for this summer will certainly go to other brands.

Company made a mistake in the prices on the website. It took them all day to close down site and didn’t even officially apologised. Now they have upset Czech.

This is a huge scam by Reebok. It will let you pay to order cheap products, but you never get the order. Could have been good marketing for the Czech market. Unfortunately after this fiasco people will associate this company with unfair practices. I doubt anyone will want to buy their products on the Czech market anymore. At the moment they are a laughing stock. All they had to do was to be fair like the Lego company did a few years ago.

Ordered and paid my purchases then got told my order was cancelled. They mistake was on their side. I will never buy any reebok product again. I do not think they grasp how much damage this has done to their brand. Get ready for 100k plus negative reviews

Beware, this is a SCAM! The website advertises great prices and looks legit, but they never ship your order and you’ll never see your money again. I placed an order, paid in full, and received nothing. No communication, no refund. They just take your payment and disappear. Strongly advise against using this site — stay away!
