CZECH REPUBLIC IS NEVER BUYING REEBOK AGAIN. And YOU KNOW WHY!

DON'T BUY HERE! ❕❕❕The worst company, the worst marketing. I ordered the goods which weren't delivered and have to wait 10 days for money back. They didn't even send me at least a voucher or discount as part of their mistake. Will never buy their products again.

Fantastic – if you're into ghosting customers professionally.
Unreachable support must be Reebok's bold new feature.
Clearly, “customer care” is just a decorative phrase here.
Kudos, Reebok, for redefining how not to run an online store.

The worst experience what i ever had, i didnt get my order, terrible customer service i never buy reebok clothes again.

They cancelled the orders, even though they obviously made a mistake in the prices! We will never order anything from Reebok again and we will hand the matter over to our lawyers and file a criminal complaint!

I carefully selected products from the summer sale, which had these prices for several days, so it wasn’t a technical mistake, but this scam company canceled my order after a week without any reason. I absolutely do not recommend anything from Reebok and I will never buy anything Reebok again in my life. Hello from Czechia ✊

Absolute trash company, would not recommend to anyone. Avoid them if you can. They cancelled my orders and still holding my money as a fc*ing bonus. What a joke. Never buying any of their products again.

Orders have been cancelled. So the next time you order (which I won't), expect the item to be undeliverable and therefore your order will be cancelled.

Complete amateurs who run a dying e-shop and employ incompetent IT technicians, or are probably canceling payments for IT services.

After 2 days i received an e-mail with canceling my order with a reason that it cant be completed due to technical reason(no coupon or something btw as an apology). It was a very known issue on Reebok website for countries that doesn't have EUR as local currency. I'm giving 1 star, because Reebok fixed that situation with worst possible way and turned "possibly the greatest one of its own marketing companies" into loosing whole country as customer

My 4 orders were cancelled. They had sales and after two days everything was cancelled

I’m absolutely furious. I ordered a pair of shoes and two days later, the store cancelled my order without any explanation or warning — and without offering any kind of compensation. Just a refund, like that was supposed to fix everything. I was genuinely excited about the order, and now I’m left empty-handed. Because of this, I’m getting rid of every pair of shoes I own from this brand. I’ll never buy from them again, and I’ll make sure others know how unreliable and unprofessional they are. Extremely disappointed.

Frustrating experience from start to finish.
Unable to reach customer service – it's like they don't exist.
Communication is completely nonexistent and unacceptable.
Kindly avoid this store if you expect any support after purchase.
