Wonderful experience.

Last Thursday I filled out the form for weigh loss medication, last Friday was approved and my prescription was sent to the pharmacy. My order arrived at my doorstep an hour ago. customer support has been responsive about my concerns I had about the process. I couldn't ask for any more out of a company. I'm very pleased. I hope to continue to have stellar service with refills.com

This company is one of the best…

This company is one of the best companies out there if you’re looking to lose weight. I have my own personal assistant who has a 101 with me her name is Grace and I really appreciate everything she does for me from helping me with referrals to my friends and with the a peep of my medication and getting it to me in a tall manner with it still cold and I live in Florida where it is humid and hot, but I never have any problems with my medication getting hot. I recommend this company to all of my friends and family. I really lost weight and have been on a regimen since November and I’m very proud of my success couldn’t have done it without Grace. Thank you for everything.

Worst customer service

I have been trying for two weeks to reach someone about my most recent order. It was misdelivered by FedEx & I have the proof. I have left messages and sent messages through their support system & still no resolution. One message said package was delivered. Another said my order was being reprocessed. Neither are true! Unable to reach an actual person to get accurate i for information

Seamless process and real results

Great Service - Amazing Results

I have been with refills since September. My wait loss has been super steady. I have lost 45 pounds. Slow and steady. I feel great . The service I have received has been wonderful. For some reason I am not able to delay…

For some reason I am not able to delay my shipment on their website. I have reached out to them on their chat for support and to Dr and called them and left a VM. I still have not heard back from them. I want to delay my next shipment because I don't need it. I am so frustrated with this company and may have to go somewhere else. I do not recomment them.

I switched my pharmacy to refills.com and i am
Currently on 15 mgs and the sent me ONE vial at 30 mgs which is two shots! So they owe me another vial and they are giving me the run around. So I am going to challenge the charge on my card and wont use them again.

great ozempic alternative

fantastic weight loss program. i tried getting regular ozempic but my insurance wouldn't cover it. refills.com gave me access to compounded sema at a price i can actually afford. the doctor i chatted with was very kind and answered all my questions about side effects.

BUYER BEWARE

An absolute joke. They claim you can connect with a doctor and support anytime. I waited 12 days for a response about dosage questions. This is dangerous considering you need to follow a very specific titration process to effectively administer a GLP-1. This did not feel safe or even remotely legitimate. Further, their products are not FDA approved which adds another layer of concern.

I switched back to the name brand and have been paying the difference. Its worth it to have the accountability.

When I attempted to cancel my subscription, which they say you can if your next shipment hasn't been shipped. Mine had not. They direct you to an 888 number that is just a voice mail box. Nobody ever responded to me from that either.

I have had to contest the charge with my credit card.

They seem to drag everything out to make sure your issue are resolved after your next bill has been processed.

Blaming me for their bad program

I signed up for Refills on an auto-renew monthly plan specifically so I wouldn’t have gaps in my medication and they still failed to deliver it on time.

My order renewed on 4/20 and has been stuck in “approved” ever since. It hasn’t even shipped, and they’ve told me they don’t have an estimated ship date.

What’s most frustrating is that instead of taking responsibility for the delay, they keep telling me I need to “plan ahead,” adjust shipments, or request refills early. That makes no sense when I’m on an automatic subscription—the whole point is that THEY handle timing so patients don’t miss doses.

They also told me that if I miss doses because of this delay, I may have to restart at a lower dose—even though the delay is entirely on their end. That’s completely unacceptable.

I’ve used other programs like WeightCare and Amble and have never had this issue. Medication always arrived on time without me needing to micromanage anything.

This feels like a system that isn’t equipped to handle demand, and instead of fixing it, they push the responsibility onto the customer. For something as time-sensitive as GLP-1 medication, that’s not acceptable.

If you’re considering this service, be aware that “auto-renew” does not mean reliable delivery.

I think these guys are not legit at all, and simply want to get your credit card info to scam people. My advice - stay as far away from this company as possible!!

This company is terrible a rip off. Im still waited for a real peraon to contact me as the did not send me the correct amount of medicine that was ordered by their parner doctor. Medicne been die to take foe week 3 now. All the chat person said is we cant refund my money. I sent picture proof of their mistake and nothis done. This os scam business. No real contact persons. Weeks before chat box responds to your numerous messages. They are not legit

They take your money then ignore you

Like many, I went to them for GLP-1 support. I had already been on a prescription before, but had to switch to an online provider since I moved across the country.

Refills has been a nightmare. They ignored my previous prescription and gave me a starter dose. They kept insisting it's stronger but it wasn't (they got the math wrong). When I pointed this out, they've since ghosted me. The "doctor" (these people don't spend any time with you and don't even bother reading or taking the time to work with you, they just write prescriptions for hundreds of patients) has ignored my messages and when I finally got her to reply patronizingly said, "You need to eat better and exercise". These people are rude and could not care less once you've paid for your supply.

Oh, and don't go by Reddit. They have a rep on there that acts like they're so supportive and helpful.

There's so many other providers these days. Find another.

Edit: It's funny how only after I write a public review that I get this sympathetic, personal email response, yet for 2 months I've been getting the runaround in private. More indication this company only cares about appearances, not actual patient care/support.

I was just trying to get info on this…

I was just trying to get info on this medication after clicking an ad and was charged $299 before even verifying what meds I was after. There was no phone call or collection of medical info, no email, no communication at all unless you check in the app. I reached out by phone right away to cancel before they shipped but you can't get a person on the phone. I left a message but they never called me back. I ended up getting a shipment a few days later I've been requesting to return it and get a refund but the communication is terrible. They are a total scam - BEWARE!

I receive my medication and the prescription that was written on the bottle was a different prescription. Than the prescription that I was prescribed by the doctor! I am a nurse and this is not legal! I am furious!
