Luminaire adds grace but there's a drawback
Luminaire has added grace to the bedroom and we are very pleased with the results.
However the 'chocolate block' connector is not up to the standard of the rest of the luminaire: the screws are very small and are not held captive in the block when undone - they fall out after three turns.

we have a problem,no you do not said…
we have a problem,no you do not said mark,wow, wow, and lets go for another wow,a problem that was on going for months was solved in less than 15 minutes,what service ,what a fantastic selection of all types of lighting you can look at, and with 47 years yes 47 years working in the lighting trade they have the solution to every thing,what a place to visit for any type off lighting needs. many thanks , mike and freddie king.

A fantastic lighting shop!
It was a pleasure to deal with these guys, the showroom is amazing with a huge array of lights on show and many more they can make for you. We also ordered another light online, again they were very easy to deal with and let me know early that there was a slight delay on the order. We're really happy with all our lights.

Good customer service to resolve a problem: The lights that were delivered were not what I had ordered, however, Yvonne was extremely helpful on the phone when I called and made arrangements to put the situation right without any hassle or delay. The lights were collected the following day and the ones I ordered arrived soon after. They are up now and look beautiful

I found the perfect bathroom light on…
I found the perfect bathroom light on this site... It said 'In Stock' so placed the order and paid.
The next email, a couple of days later said 'Refund'.
No explanation... Very disappointing.

I am so sorry this happened. We are currently running a skeletal staff in line with safe working practises, this is not an excuse and you should have recieved an update before refund again I apoligise. In the current climate both ourselves and our suppliers are trying to ensure all stock levels are up to date and we will endevour to do better in the future.

Our dispatch times are on each product page to give you an idea of when to expect dispatch for example for the fitting you ordered it states 5-7 working days. Generally we like to be at the lower end of this estimate but the current climate has meant some times have slipped.
