Customer Support

I have been a customer for two years, and the company was great until it wasn't. Support became bad and that's when I decided to leave for a different site, so I called support to cancel my membership, and fortunately Jennifer Sanchez, the Support Supervisor called me back. She explained the issues with transitioning to a different organization; she was very nice and kind and resolved all my issues including a credit. so, I decided to stay with the company.

I want to make sure everyone understands that this decision was based on the wonderful support received from Jennifer. She is one of the best CS supervisors I dealt with! Knowledgeable, nice, efficient! Someone you can trust!

The treatment.

The treatment l received from Reflexmd has been impeccable, from when l contacted them to start the medication to finally reaching my weight goal, they keep checking up on you to make sure everything is going well, even when it was time to cancel my subscription a lady called Tina answered the phone and was so nice and understanding she was so happy the meds had worked for me and that l had reached the weight target. l have been trying to lose weight for years and have had no success until Reflexmd came along, it works and l feel much healthier and fitter. Thank you Reflexmd.

Absolutely love this product

Absolutely love this product, lost the weight with very very limited side effects.

My only problem is the delivery is taking way too long from when I first started.

Customer service is beyond measure

Customer service is beyond measure! The process is easy, and everyone at ReflexMD wants you to succeed. Only downside is excessive hourly emails for all of their other products. I get at least 6 hair growth emails daily and now they offer allergy meds that send about the same number of emails daily. No one can seem to offer an opt out of specific product emails and when they thought they stopped them, it turned off all emails including intake and relevant emails.
