Great customer service team and support

The customer service team is really helpful. I’ve been on the program a year. They do change out support folks over the course of care. I now have Tina F and she is great. She does follow ups, she checks in and she’s very helpful on my concerns and questions and billing needs as well. I am losing weight consistently on this program and do recommend them. Their pricing is good and doesn’t change based on dosage, so you know exactly what you will pay. They use an app to chat with the doctor. So ease of use. Overall positive experience and good team of folks you can reach to, even before you start you can reach them and ask all your question. Other companies don’t have that level of support before you start.

Courtney was extremely helpful

Courtney was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, empathetic and helpful. She asked meaningful questions to try to salvage my membership and understood the challenges I had encountered with ReflexMD and offered multiple solution to me. Courtney was the single most helpful representative I dealt with in my entire relationship with this company.
If I could find her, I’d hire her into my own organization. Treat her well or you’ll lose her.

Naava is the best at customer service

Naava is the best at customer service! I’ve had two issues with billing and she’s helped me within 24 hours both times! She’s very responsive and kind! Very easy to get a hold of through text, email or phone call! Thank you Naava!

10/10 Product and Customer Service

Reflex MD has been an amazing help in my weight loss journey. I recently needed to contact customer services, Barbie was fantastic, she quickly understood my issue and got my account back up and running right away.

Very timely
