Completely unresponsive to clients
Just contact the airline for compensation. I can't get compensated as my claim in Refly is still pending. Took me about a week to hear back from the airline - no problem. Yet - more than a month and 4 emails in - I am yet to receive a reply from Refly. STAY AWAY!
Final validation never worked
I kept receiving the email to upload the document on the website that didn’t have any ending point: no button continue, no button to approve! Even though the document has been uploaded 100 times, I kept receiving the automatic email and messages to say to upload the document because the website has a bug!

Been on claim since November last year (2025) still being told waiting for funds to be transferred over when my airline said it’s already there end. Multiple emails and complaints sent and nothing back. I think reply is a complete scam and never to be used again.
