Quite frustrating, haven't got anything in the name of refund

Refly received my compensation but has not paid me – no response. Be aware!
I used Refly (ReFly Management Limited) to handle a flight compensation claim under EU261.
My case was approved, and I have strong reason to believe that the airline has already transferred the compensation to Refly. However, Refly has not forwarded the payment to me and has stopped responding to all my emails.
Case reference: 45874280207
Amount owed: €600 (-fees) (flight from barcelona to buenos aires)
Timeline: december 2025 approval date
This is extremely concerning, as it appears that funds belonging to the client are being withheld without explanation.
I have now:
• Sent multiple unanswered emails
• Issued a formal notice requesting payment
• Filed a complaint with the European Consumer Centre (ECC-Net)
If this is not resolved immediately, I will proceed with further legal action to recover the funds.
I would strongly advise others to be cautious.
I request Refly to respond publicly and resolve this matter without further delay.
