I started a claim on RefundMyTicket several years ago, the last update I had was in 2018 saying they'd initiate the prosecution stage. I never had a word from them after that. They don't answer my messages either.

You can trust this service
You can trust this service. I did and they got me a refund. It took almost a year and a half during which they always made sure to write and let me know where the procedure was at. They also responded when I wrote to get information. Yes they take a percentage (20%) + the attorney's fees from the refund but in my opinion it's worth it.
