Got the money in the end !
RefundMyTicket fixed a very serious case of negligence and gross customer missmanagement dating back to 2019. Got my compensation in Dec 24. Got to be patient but very happy that this Company never let go and compelled the Company to respect the EU regulations on passenger's indemnification.

Essential Service That Holds Airlines Accountable
My family and I experienced a severely delayed flight with Lufthansa, leading to missed connections, additional expenses, and frustration. Despite reaching out to Lufthansa for compensation, I was unable to resolve the issue on my own. Despite the long procedure, the support is always there, the information easy to access and the feedback always meaningful.
