A great company to deal with. Customer service has always been great, never had any issues, I have nothing but praise for this company. Not only I don't have to spend hours on the phone with Canada Post requesting refunds any more, RefundPros gets me money back for things, I didn't even know was possible. It's crazy the shipping rates we pay in Canada, so being able to recover some of that is great. Keep up the good work :)

Have been using RefundPros for Canada Post shipping claims for several years successfully up until Covid changed and more recently added their Amazon services and now regularly seeing $$ back that was not going to be reimbursed otherwise. Great service, easy to set up and simple!
