Five stars, every time I have made enquiries, with their team, they have been knowledgeable professional courteous and extremely helpful, on two occasions I have been blessed to have handling my case a wonderful team member called Alexandra , who patiently helped me through the process of resetting up my email, renewing my status and explained everything in a kind comforting and in layman terms. Her warmth and communication skills were wonderful, she is a credit to her company and an ambassador within the tech world five stars out of five stars.

The issue I had was resolved quickly, efficiently and accurately by Stephen.

‘Help’desk Lol. Used to be with TSO.host. Had to migrate due to merger - but it is incomplete and an old version of my website is online now but apparently there’s nothing more they can do. Just got fobbed off and they try to upgrade you rather than solving a problem. Even my login is screwed so I cannot take it offline. Not ‘helpful’ at all!!!

Dorina made my experience great because she listened carefully and worked through many options to try and solve a complex issue. She restored my faith in 123 support staff after having a less than satisfactory experience with her colleagues. Thank you for your time and patience Dorina :-)
