Sue Evans, sales manager has lifted spirits at Dolbeare Court Landrake. Sue has organised an Easter raffle to raise money for a defibrillator with some success, also looking into a local bus company to pick up our residents that may feel unable to walk to our local shop. Keep up the good work.

Wickham Court, Hampshire
Firstly we would like to thank "Regency" for all they have achieved and done at Wickham Court since they took over just over a year ago.
It is nice to be kept informed via emails and news letters.
It is a mammoth task they have taken on and we cannot expect everything to be done overnight.
The staff are very polite, helpful and informative, and we would like to thank two special staff members who have over helped us over the past few months.
First Richard Pointon, our Park Supervisor. After us writing to him with a list of issues, some of which we have had since we moved here eight years ago. Richard took up the challenge and promised that he would do his best to find a solution for our issues, the main problem being flooding.
He has come up with a plan to elevate our flooding issues, arranged to have our rusted home stays replaced and is arranging for our a manhole cover to be secured properly, among other small issues. All this in a very short time. Thank you Richard.
Ian Groundsman. Ian can been seen around the park each day, working on the parks green and floral areas. This month he was amazing when Richard asked him to remove our overgrown fir tree. No is not an answer with Ian, and within an hour the tree was taken down, taken away and the area tided up. We are very grateful for all the work he does round the park to make it nice. Thank you Ian
Also we must mention the newly seeded grass at the entrance which is the best we have seen it looking since we moved in. Well done Gary.

Aiden the sales Rep was not pushy, knowledgeable, had patience and would help in any way he could. If you sent him a message or called him, he would always reply as soon as he could, even though he was really busy. Excellent customer service 👏

Belinda from initial viewing to sale is excellent. Answered all our questions and moved every through before her holiday. I would have given five stars. The reason I haven't is the after sales could be much better. I don't want to go into details as thismay be due to various mis communications due to members of staff being on holiday during our move. We are still waiting for final sign off and warranty for the home. We have been here five weeks. Aside from that we are happy we moved.

Hi, just had to write this review about regency living as even though it’s not for us at the moment they have all been brilliant. Spoke to Aidan today and he was so helpful and most of all honest. Also David from Solent grange Milford for showing us around a few times and not being pushy in anyway, just so helpful and down to earth! Made me laugh too. Seriously though hope to deal with this company again in the future when right one comes along.

There are lovely residents here on Oakwood Court, and this review bears no reflection on them, I just really regret buying into this lifestyle. The homes themselves are lovely, and the residents take pride in looking after them, as well as their gardens. Unfortunately the site owners don't care so much. Once they have your money, all they care about is taking as much as they can for as little as possible. I bought into this on the basis that there would soon be a gym and swimming pool, which would have been particularly useful as I have osteoarthritis. I have recently found they are no longer going to be provided, so I would now have to pay even more to join the gym and swim locally. I could write volumes about how awful I have found them to be, but I will just say, "I wouldn't recommend". Since this review, they have replied that they are improving the site. They are replacing old for new homes for their benefit but that's all. We still won't get what we were promised and were prepared to buy into it for. Blaming the previous owners is rubbish, you could provide these things yourselves, or at least lower the site fees, but you won't do either. You're all just greedy.

Living at Mount Pleasant 91 Matchams Lane Hurn (Forest Valley Court) whereby Regency Living have given everyone on site a notice to leave the site within 6 weeks claiming to close the park for maintenance upgrade to standards and yet they have not addressed the problems on the site leaving the residents without showers for weeks and one bathroom has the ceiling collapsing - they don't like us because we live in Touring Caravans where we have been living, planning for anything else has been declined by the High Court in 2017 and ruled to remain as a residential site for Touring caravans for human habitation throughout the year - Regency Living have decided to close the park claiming this is only a holiday park - which it is not - more than 67 families are being forced to leave and Regency Living have not come forward with a court order but keep harassing us into leaving and how have they managed to close the park without going to court and the council for change to planning, we have spoken with managers at the council and checked with them about the incorrect licences they are displaying and if any planning has been approved - council now has to re-home everyone - now they claim we cannot even have visitors. Regency Living are only interested in their profit line and have no humanity as they cannot even come and explain anything to the residents here. I would be very careful and do your due diligence before buying one of their luxury park homes/caravans
Would like to thank Lisa at Meadowlands and Chis at head office for their time and help when we were looking at buying a park home , sadly it didn’t work out for us at this time . Regency are lucky to have Lisa.

Our contact in Regency was a lovely lady called Belinda Cadwallader. She was always easily accessible even on her days off. No query was ever ignored and was dealt with quickly and efficiently. Even when we had problems when we arrived with our heating system she did everything in her power to get it sorted. She has always got a smile when greeting people and is very approachable. We feel that she is an asset to your company.

We recently purchased a Regency Living home at Deers Court Wimborne. We made several visits before we made our decision, Belinda the sales coordinator was absolutely brilliant, really helpful, we bombarded her with questions after questions about what we were concerned about during the whole process. Belinda was amazing with her quick responses, anything she didn't know straight away she found out the answers and got back to us as soon as she could. We will do an after sales review at a later date.

Belinda made the whole experience easy. Our move was seamless and Belinda was waiting for us when we arrived, complete with a welcome to your new home hamper! Everything was explained to us when we arrived and we were also given all the numbers for local services and recommendations for the local eateries. Couldn’t be more happy with our decision to move to Deers Court.

Our move to Forest Edge Court 3 months ago went smoothly with the assistance of Julian Peake who was extremely helpful. Our home is wonderful, everything we imagined with a lovely friendly community. Staff on hand, nothing too much trouble & new community hub.
It was a big change for us relocating after retiring, now 3 months down the line we haven’t looked back, loving every moment.

Since my first viewing at Regency Court, Stover, Newton Abbot Devon. Regarding the purchase of my first Park Home nothing was too much trouble for Sue Evans, Sales Advisor to help me make my final decision to purchase. I visited the site many times with both family and friends to view and endorse my dream and actions. Even with the many many questions Ms Evans always assure me that it was her job to answer all. Keep up the good work for a job well done! An excellent FIVE star performance! Busy now moving in before Christmas 2024!

We recently purchased at Tall Trees - it’s fantastic! Aiden was our sales guy - he was amazing! Nothing was too much trouble - he showed us around our home numerous times - and answered the (many) questions and queries we had. He was friendly and went above and beyond - and always professional. Many thanks Aiden - for ALL your help! 🤩

They have finally been proved to be frauds , giving out illegal eviction notices , saying i and others are trespassing in our homes to attempt illegal eviction, thankfully I have the cctv recordings of the area manager saying he was sorting the rent agreements for all of us as they were the new company taking over , I had this cctv out in place when a different company tried doing exact same thing , shame on you and thank you to the council for standing by us residents !
In 2020 during lockdown we found Oakwood Court now owned by Regency Living. Much to the amazement of friends we bought one of their park homes. Best thing we've ever done! Robbie the salesman showed us a Prestige Avanti (which we bought) and we've never regretted it.
The whole sales process was simple, overseen confidently by Robbie, and we've absolutely loved and thrived in the fantastic community here.
There is always a degree of apprehension taking a gamble like the one we took but it's made our lives so much richer.
I've given the review 4 stars because I know some people find the buying process slightly more complicated than ours, and living in relative close proximity to neighbours can take some getting used to. But the overall majority of people love it here.
Regency Living have taken over from Royalelife (the original site owners) and they are clearly much more trustworthy and responsible. It's not so much a gamble now!
