Great service from Regency FX, especially Mason.
Mason who was our advisor, was superb. He kept us in the loop at all times with updates on what the financial situation was and what events, influences were upcoming and how it might effect the exchange rate. He was professional, polite and very easy to communicate with. I know Regency FX need to make a living, but I believe Mason got us the best deal at that time. Thanks.

Human interaction matters when the stakes are high — especially when transferring retirement funds. The last thing you want is to be left battling apps and chatbots. Having real people there to guide you with the right level of support made this a genuine 5-star experience for me.
I truly felt I received VIP service from Jamie Hodge and his team. It made all the difference.

Regency FX has been great
Toby at Regency FX has been great! Highly recommend. I live in Qatar and need to send funds to UK and Australia. Exceptional Customer Service
I used Regency FX for two home purchases, each requiring a transfer from the USA to Europe. I chose Regency FX for two reasons. First, their exchange rates are more favorable than those offered by traditional banks for international transfers. Second, and most importantly, I worked with Shannon, a representative who guided me step by step, offered prudent suggestions, and kept me informed about fund receipts and every transaction. Shannon gave me peace of mind—something online transfer services like WISE can’t match. Her customer service was exceptional, even responding during off-hours to address my questions. I highly recommend Regency FX for their competitive exchange rates and outstanding customer service.

Toby did a great job
Toby did a great job; he was responsive. Users should, however, be aware that the entire process is pretty much via phone and whatsapp (we had more than a dozen calls and messages). The RegencyFX account isn't very informative; it does not come with instructions or guidance. RegencyFX also does not operate over weekends (MON-FRI only). My transfer to RegencyFX was actioned on a Friday but, with money laundering checks not being done until Monday, the final transfer and conversion did not happen until late on Tuesday - with no updates in-between, whilst everything appeared to be on some unexplained hold. I had hoped for something more instant but instead had to chase for updates via Toby (who, again, did a great job). Also, conversion options (instant, delayed) are not well communicated. In the end, I gained 0.2% in nominal exchange over the nearest competitor by going with RegencyFX. It was a lot of work.
