Lovely Hampers
We ordered 2 hampers and they were both beautiful, well presented and a good selection of items.
Customers service were very helpful too.
The only downside is that you have to pay a lot for express and it's per item - even though we spent over £180

The hamper was expensive for what I…

The hamper was expensive for what I received.. thought the jars were big jars turned out to be tiny! Ordered cheese and grapes and they wasn’t there.. BUT they were sent the next day when I complained but that isn’t the point.. will not use again.

I splashed out on champagne and full bottles of wine, so much better than small ones. The variety of food was good as well. The recipients were a family, so they were delighted that there was something for everyone.

I saw photos of the hamper after it was…

I saw photos of the hamper after it was delivered. It was a beautiful arrangement, bigger than I thought it would be. My relative was so happy with it! I was glad I could order the things he liked. The process of ordering wasn't bad, either, considering I was calling from the U.S. Thank you.

Overpriced and not worth the premium price

I would avoid as missing item, delivery late for a priority service and the items were very overpriced. Much fresher and cheaper to get fresh fruit from local supermarket as effectively it was like a few bananas, one orange, some grapes and apples. Nothing particularly different or special for the premium price being paid. Similarly the bakery items were just preservative based bakeries in plastic bags. Tastier and fresher to get a cake at local bakery. Avoid and spend your money better elsewhere. Be careful here.

Delivery is handled by a third-party courier, so exact timings can’t always be guaranteed. If a priority delivery didn’t arrive as intended, we’d like to know so we can raise this with them.

Good services. More payment methods

Récipient of the gift had no complain about the package and integrity of its content. Great service. However, more payment method option for customers abroad (especially in the US) would be very much appreciated.

Regency Hamper overseas delivery

Easy to order online from Australia. Delivery provider in England kept us up to date with tracking. There was a product issue and I was notified promptly, given a credit for the missing item and in addition to a goodwill credit voucher. This is the second time I’ve used them and the third hamper sent. Highly recommend 👏🏻👏🏻
