Absolutely gutted
Absolutely gutted, I bought several hampers (10 in total) for my team, as it's my last Christmas with them before I retire and then contents and sizes for the price paid was so disappointing. I feel very embarrassed and let down from a company I had previously purchased twice beforehand from.
I would not recommend this company, as they are clever at marketing and the gifts received do not match the prices paid.
Presentation of each hamper was lovely (outer wrapping & Bow), but providing "mini" products and presenting in a fashion that makes them look full size is disappointing.
They constantly (this year) offered discounts but actually in this discount behaviour they are cutting the size of each hamper - There were 6 items in the hampers I purchased which I would estimate costing no more than £25.00 Full Retail Value and I paid before the discount of 25% for ordering in September £64.71 - Trust pilot does not seem to allow a picture but if I could I would share!
Whilst writing I am awaiting a resolve from their customer service team.
Response to reply! - The item was valued at £64.71 whilst I paid less (for ordering early) - the value of the product should have been £64.71 - I made my purchase in an offer period. What it feel's like is the value that is provided is the offer value not the value advertised!

Upon reviewing your order, I can confirm that you paid £47.25 including VAT for each hamper, which also covered the packaging and presentation that you described as lovely, as well as the delivery.
We sincerely apologise again for your dissatisfaction with the hampers.
Poor customer service
Customer service is appalling ordered two hampers but put three in basket by mistake I noticed the mistake within five minutes of placing order so emailed them to rectify I then followed up with phone call at 9.00 to be told nothing could be done even though the goods hadn’t been sent yet I’ve used regency for years and never again

Orders that are placed for next day delivery are processed immediately, which prevents us from making any alterations.
You should have been informed that any unwanted hampers can be returned to us for a refund. If you wish to contact us directly, we can provide you with this information once more.

Well Presented Hamper
I chose a hamper as a gift for some friends. They said it was well presented and a lovely variety and good quality items.
I was glad to get updates regarding despatch and delivery so I could organise for my friends to be home to receive it.
This is the second one I have purchased and would definitely buy again in the future.

Hampers seem good BUT use FedEx for 'delivery'
The hampers appear to be good and customer service is quick and responsive BUT they use FedEx for 'delivery' and FedEx are abysmal (read, 'did not deliver the hamper') so I will be using another company the next time I send hampers as presents.
Response to reply: I'll meet you halfway on this. According to the recipients the hampers are excellent but in order for them to be assessed they need to arrive. I spent considerable time chasing FedEx, who lied to me more than once, yes, lied, and I should not have had to do this. It is notable that their rating on Trustpilot is appalling. What is even more notable is that FedEx does not bother to respond to the reviews. I judge a company by whether it responds to reviews - FedEx is not alone in not giving a damn about whether customers are pleased with their 'service'. I will finish by saying that my reviews are even-handed - I praise as well as criticise.

Unfortunately, no Courier service can guarantee perfection at all times. However, according to an Ofcom survey conducted in 2025, FedEx was jointly ranked at the top for customer service satisfaction.
I regret to hear that you faced issues with your delivery; however, as you mentioned, our Customer Service Team is quick and responsive, and they consistently endeavour to address any problems that may occur during the delivery process.
Wonderful and Reliable
Regency Hampers offers a wide variety of sets (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) and sizes to suit everyone's budget. They offer customers a delivery date for the recipient which is very helpful. Also, delivery dates are accurate as my recipients always thank me for the hamper which coincides with the date the company stated it would be delivered.

I'm sorry that your recipients didn't find the gift message that was included.
Our gift messages are printed on the same card as the recipient's name and address to to make sure there is no chance of a hamper being sent with no gift message, or the wrong gift message.
If they still have the package, please ask them to check the clear document envelope on the outer box which contains their name and address and says 'SEE REVERSE FOR GIFT MESSAGE' across the top.
The gift card can be removed along the perforations and then folded into a stand-alone card showing your message.
Again, I'm sorry that your recipients didn't find the lovely message you'd written but I hope that they enjoyed the hamper.
