Nik the technician was very efficient and tidy, and he explained the new system very well to us. Thanks! We hope our new broadband is a good improvement on what we had before.

Excellent service

Excellent service. Nik was superb finding the best signal as we live rural. Highly reccomend and made sure the signal was still strong before he left. Had Eir for years and the speed i'm getting now with Regional Broadband is faster and better.

Great Job by Nik

Nik worked hard to get me the best coverage he could. He tried everything until he was happy that I was receiving the best signal possible. I feel he went above and beyond.. Great service 👍

Great install experience

I got broadband installed in my new house. I would like to thank Nik who spent hours at the house , and wouldn't give up until we found the best spot to install the modem for coverage. So far , I have I have nothing but praise for the company and staff

fast customer service, almost immediate via phone and quick to contact engineers to fix a problem in the line.

They were quick to isntall too.
