Oswaldo had great customer service

Oswaldo had great customer service. Overall company is great, presented my options and the process was quick. I reached out on a Monday afternoon and was funded within 24 hours. Will use Regional in the future if needed and will request to work with Oswaldo.

Very simple process

Very simple process, that helped out at the end of the year/holidays. Everyone had communication with was helpful and was able to answer any of my concerns that I may have had.

Disappointed Frequent Customer

I've had several loans up to $5000 with Regional and paid all of them off rather quickly. This last time, I was not expecting it to take 1-1/2 hours, literally. During the entire application process I was told that I was approved for $6000, but at the end I only got $3000. When I asked why, I was told that the manager makes the final decision. Mind you, I had just paid off a $5,000 loan last month, within a month so her only giving me half of what I was approved for didn't sit well. I would never have sat there 90 minutes, if I had known this was going to happen. I had to go borrow the other money I needed from somewhere else. Once again, I've paid off this loan in 3 weeks. I'd just like it if I can do business at one location.

Jessica the problem

called you guys to get little more and instead of calling me back, like she said she would she went home(jessica from jackson tn) So I called and found she didnt even setup my autopay. I did get hold of a Walter(at same branch) and he was able to get me setup and very professional about it Thanks to walter I let my friends know who they need to go and who to talk to

New customer/Never a customer again

I am a new customer that set up an automatic draft to come out every month. However the very disrespectful manager Ebony Evans calls me to tell me that I am behind AND being charged a late fee because of their mistake in the setup. She even had my card number that I used to set up the draft with. HOW am I being charged a fee when it is their fault? She also proceeds to tell me that the fees will just continue to rack up even though it was not my fault. I asked to speak to someone above her. She would not give me that information and said that she would have them call me. A lie-Big surprise there...So I called the corporate office to file a formal complaint against her and will not stop there with this.. She is a disgrace to the management field. This is NOT a company that I would recommend. I wish there was a 0 star option here.
