The company's service is beyond praise. It's really quick. The bouquet appeared even more beautiful than the photo on the site of the company. The florist seems to know how to make beautiful compositions.

Rude and not competent customer service. Didn't call before delivery and then said it is our problem that the flowers were not delivered and advised us to collect it from the store.

I ordered flowers for my mom's birthday from San Francisco. Due to the time difference I didn't realize it was almost morning in Germeny. Nevertheless, my beautiful boquet arrivied first thing in a morning and made my mom very happy. Thank you!

AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!!
I have no idea how all these good reviews come about. I ordered on line a beautiful flower bouquet which was supposed to be full of roses! What did my friends receive instead? A completely different, and cheap looking bouquet. This is unacceptable, DEFINITELY not using the service again, and i would strongly advise you to do the same!!

The service overall was good. But the customer service was excellent. I contacted them twice with questions and they responded both times within 30 minutes or so. I ordered flowers to be delivered in a remote and rural area of the Black Forest, as a surprise to my girlfriend while she was visiting her parents. It was for Valentine's Day, and I had only placed the order the day before. My girl was totally surprised and couldn't hold back the tears. I'd highly recommend the this service to anyone looking to have flowers delivered in Germany.

No problems at all, great flowers and still look great now. I contacted customer service for clarification and to make sure everything was OK and I got an estimated time of arrival and confirmation, with a friendly guy on the end of the phone who was happy to speak to me in English (my german is not so great)

I ordered my delivery on a Saturday and it was delivered to the recipient on a Monday (2 days later since Sun. is a holiday). However, they were responsive to my emails to have the order delivered as soon as possible. All in all, i was satisfied with their service.
