Ordered flowers the day before Valentine's Day, for delivery in Kaiserslautern, Germany. The ordering process was easy and efficient, and the flowers arrived on Valentine's Day, and are, I am told, lovely.

Excellent service,I requested that delivery to be as late as possible on the given day.
Nothing was a problem. I also said if person was not home ,would they ask a neighbour to take delivery of the flowers.
The flowers were exactly as I ordered and very fresh.
I would highly recommend anyone to use this company.
I will use their services again.

If a company promises a same day delivery and could not deliver an order made 3 days before delivery date, that is unacceptable.

Florist tried to contact recipient after work hours, claiming she is unreachable. (who stays at work after work hours on her birthday?)..this is unreasonable.

And the next option is the recipient should come pick up a supposed surprise bouquet the next day(s).... the is surprising.

I'd rather give no star and wont advise anyone to use this service again if you want to send bouquet to your loved ones.

This is the best website if you are intend to surprise someone you care about .

I ordered flowers and chocolates for my auntie , order was made from Australia and delivery was done in Germany .
I even got a phone call direct from Germany letting me know exact time frame when delivery will be .
Delivery was on time and I got photo of my surprise - flower bouquet was fresh , beautifully arranged and Aunty was in tears she couldn’t hide her happiness and I can tell you without Regionsflorist this wouldn’t be possible!

It was the first time I have used the service. I needed to have flowers delivered in Germany for a funeral. The agency delivered beautiful flowers in a timely manner at reasonable price. I ordered the amber bouquet large size with a vase and a chocolate box. They sent different kind of flowers and less quantity with no chocolate box. No one contacted me to inform me that some of the flowers i ordered weren't available. I sent them a complaint and they have replied in few days claiming that the chocolate box was indeed sent (although it was never received) and i will be refunded the sum of 10 euro. The florist then resent a second chocolate box along with a flower as apology.

I had an unpleasent situation with my order.
I ordered 2 days ago a bouqet for the following day as it was the anniversary day with my girlfriend. I've seen on the website that delivery is possible till 20:00 and as I was arriving home only after 18:00 (I was abroad), I decided that it would be perfect. I ordered, paid and put a comment that the delivery should be between 19:00 till 20:00. Then, I had no feedback, so I imagined, it's all fine. I arrived home and found a note that the delivery was tried at 16:04. I was writing to Regionsflorist to understand the situation and they haven't answered whole morning today. I also reached out to Flower shop itself and they said they never deliver after 18:00. When I finally reached on the phone Regionsflorist, they told me that it is normal and they cannot do anything. At the end I went to the flower shop and picked up the flower for which I paid to be delivered.
For me the biggest disappointment is that there was no feedback that they would implement a way of informing anyone in the future, if they cannot meet the needs which are put in the "Comment" section. For me it means it doesn't matter what we write in the "Comment" part. In addition, they never contacted me after I reached out to them in written form, I had to call them few hours later. It's really a pity as the flowers are really nice.

I ordered twice with them : the first time, the delivery was more than a week late.
The second time, I got a very enthusiastic message :

"I am ____ from Regionsflorist customer support.

I am pleased to announce that our florist has confirmed the delivery of your flower greeting to B with number ______ on 24-10-2018 at 16:00. But you might know this already.".

No I don't, and since I am abroad I had to ask B to call the customer service for the surprise she was supposed to get, only to be told that it would be possible the day after and that they would call back.
They never did, and not only did they ruin the surprise, but also created false expectations because she actually waited for it to arrive any minute.

I'm never buying with them ever again, and I invite you to do so.

it was the right choice easy to follow though with the Order.
Who ever the Florist was having delivered on time the flowers i hve to say thank you very much. upsolutly perfect. the timing was very important and you done well.

Absolutely dissapointed!
The bouquet I ordered and paid for was absolutely different from the one that was delivered. The composition of the flowers was changed without my approval. When I wrote the claim to the company there was no proper reply or actions in order to fix the problem. To my opinion the company shall deliver the bouquet with right composition. Will never chose this company again!
