A paid account was blocked with bad consequences to our customer's website. Registar need to improve the internal controls.

Their service desk is top nuch.

Support took too much time to respond even urgent queries also. Even, if you call, sometimes it's not connecting. Registar should improve their services.

I followed all the advises of the support-team cocerning the pointing and redirection of our domain. I waited patiently for the propagation but nothing happend.

There is no contact number to call.
They say 24/7 but tickets take loooong to be responded. I don't recomend at all this platform!

All went well. Apart the DNS update, it take over 48h and a ticket to update.

Your support agents are terrible. The domain that we bought is still unregistered and yet they have closed both tickets without resolving the issue.

Support technician was clear, responded quickly and with precision, and issue was sorted out fast and for good.

I paid for my domain renewal well before renewal date. However, the domain still went down regardless. Had I not noticed, it would never have been made live again, regardless of payment.

Each time I purchase my domain I can't chnage the name servers myself. Always have to contact support AAAhhhhh!!

Domain registered is not the requested one. No one No one picks up the phone nor emails are responded to. Total and complete lack of respect for clients. Zero customer servicer.

The domain went down, the nameservers were changed without any explanation from Registar, it took them 1 day to fix the issue created by them selfs.

The process to renew my domain was quick and easy. Thank you very much.
