I asked a simple question, but unfortunately it hasn't been answered. Also, the administrative side is very poor. After ordering a domain name, it still hasn't been activated after two weeks, and despite providing the VAT number, no further action has been taken.

Although I had very negative experiences in the past with Registar, I recently had a pleasant experience. had been experiencing difficulties with my email for over 9 days and at last Habibo was able to guide me patiently for over an hour into resolving the problem.
They lost our databases
They lost our databases, the don't answer the phone and take a more than a day to then answer with : "Are you having problems with the service?" and even now all websites are down and they don't give satisfaction.
Still much space to improve
The staff is nice, but the reply is not always fast.
Some features still need human intervention thru ticketing service. Not efficient.
The website was deleted
The website was deleted from your servers because of delay in payment I couldn't do as I was abroad, I found it very unprofessional that measure of deleting a website and not having a backup. It cost me a lot of money to build that site and suddenly lose everything? I will not use or refer registar to anyone.
