Very disappointing domain support — issue unresolved for almost a week
I purchased the domain or***s.si almost one week ago, but I am still unable to use my preferred my nameservers
I contacted their support and explained the issue clearly. I also informed them that I have other domains/websites using the same nameservers, and those are working without any problems.
Despite this, the issue has still not been properly investigated or resolved. I have been waiting for almost a week while my domain remains unusable for my intended setup.
This has caused significant inconvenience and disruption to my work. If there is a technical limitation or restriction on using these nameservers, I expect them to clearly explain what the limitation is and provide a solution instead of leaving the issue unresolved.
I hope their support team takes this seriously and resolves the problem as soon as possible. A domain purchased nearly a week ago should not remain stuck because of an unresolved nameserver issue.
