After a disastrous mixup my end with Royal Mail sending Reglaze the wrong parcel- The eventual outcome was perfect - Mike sent back the item and talked me through initiating a new postage label to re send my glasses.
They arrived today and are just perfect 🤩
5⭐️service and my old designer frames now have my new prescription, perfection!

Would definitely recommend this company. The process is so easy and I recieved my glasses back quickly too. Definitely a lot cheaper than high street shops. Will be using their business in the future. ☺️

I can't recommend this business enough & I don't do reviews unless the service/someone was great in every aspect, this goes back to Sept/October 24 - I've been really busy but always had it in mind to ensure I did this one. Mike went out his way to get my lenses right for me I tried varifocals then occupational, he was excellent through out & I will definitely use again in the future, Mike thank you very much!! ☺️

My glasses were posted on Monday 6th of January arrived with my prescription fulfilled with special transision lenses on Wednesday 8th of January. Superb professional service with helpful staff to answer all questions and go way beyond their professional remit. Thanks so much.

Excellent service and price reglazing my spare set of glasses to my new prescription. The whole process from selecting multiple options through paying (half the price of my optician bought new glasses) a courtesy call from reglaze to check that I was happy with what I'd ordered and it took just a couple of days to get my glasses done and returned to me. The lenses are absolutely spot on, perfectly clear & pin sharp vision. Thinnest possible, varifocals UV protection, reactions (but its not been sunny enough yet to see these in action :-) ) and I paid a nominal £5 extra to have the frame checked over and serviced too - it came back aligned and tightened up properly.

After a poor experience with Glasses Direct, I couldn't be happier that I've found Reglaze and I will definitely be using them again in future.

I was a little sceptical about ordering online but I emailed the prescription paid the payment. Then the pre-paid posting details were emailed to me. The postman collected my frames the next morning. They arrived back reglazed about ten days later and were perfect. Being high end Lenses I saved quite a bit as they were much less than the optician quoted.

I was always skeptical of online services for reglazing my spectacles but I decided to take the plunge and use Reglaze Specs. I can honestly say from start to finish, every step of the way was made simple and with fantastic communication, even having one pair of varifocal glasses posted back to me (free of any postage costs) so i could take a selfie to show the pupil alignment which i believe is a very important process of varifocals. I took the selfie and sent the photo via email, to which i got a reply saying the photo was ok for them to go ahead and reglaze my glasses. I sent in 2 pairs of varifocals, 1 pair with my old prescription of which they were able to go ahead with using pupil alignment from those lenses and the 2nd pair being a brand new pair with dummy lenses in which i had to take the selfie in. The whole process has only taken around 2 weeks and I've just received both pairs back in the mail. I am delighted with the glazing and the new prescription is bang on! They have even upgraded my work glasses to a premium lens at no extra cost. Now that's what i call a fantastic customer experience and i will be using them again and will also very highly recommend to both friends and family.

I ordered new frames & lenses, which were at a very competitive price, Specsavers gave me a really incorrect prescription, so my vision was worse than with no spec's!
No fault of Reglaze Specs,
Mike was fantastic, great advice & remade my spec's once I had the correct prescription from Specsavers (who were absolutely no help at all!)

Had my glasses for a few years and didn't really want to change them, however the lenses were very scratched and it had started to get in the way of my vision. Reglaze came recommended by a friend and I'm so glad I used them. I think I got my glasses back in just over a week and in time for me going away which I was so pleased about. Very happy with the service and very happy with the new lenses. I'd happily recommend to friends and family :)

I can't believe they're not my originals! I had an eye test recently and wanted a spare pair of reading glasses. I had a very nice old frame that was not worn and had been expensive. In one week I had them back with my new presciption and they were absulutely perfect. Easy ordering, fast delivery, Excellent

I have varifocals and they did so well with the reglazing. Everything is perfect. Great timeframe and good pricing. I will definitely go back to them again when needing a new prescription.

I wanted my non-prescription Maui Jim sunglasses reglazed with varifocal lenses. I checked online and noticed Reglaze were a local company so decided to try them. They needed a photo of me wearing the sunglasses to determine the exact measurements for my eyes before making the lenses. Mike phoned to arrange to visit me at home and took the old (tinted) lenses out for the photo.
Mike dropped my new prescription sunglasses at home a week later. The results are amazing, the service was first class and all at a great price.
I'd highly recommend this company and will definitely use again.

Absolutely brilliant. I have been looking for somewhere to reglaze my ted baker glasses with fashion lenses for over a year. For £23 these guys did a frame MOT which has completely sorted the wobbly arms, and reglazed them. I didn’t realise the cost also included free tracked return postage. All this done within a week. I have more pairs to send and I’ll be recommending to everyone. Thankyou!
