Amazing service, this is the second time I've used them and they returned two pairs to me (one regular prescription, one sunglasses) within the working week! I posted them on Tuesday, they were returned on Friday - so simple!

I ordered two pairs of glasses separately the first was a single vision pair and the second was a pair of variofocals, both are spot on. I have had problems with variofocals in the past but this pair have been excellent from day one, I can’t praise the company enough.

Excellent quick service and kept up to date with progress.

The quality of lenses and customer service with Reglaze Specs is awesome. There was a minor query with the prescription I provided and this was quickly and efficiently dealt with over the phone. I can't fault the speed of service and customer care, it was excellent at all levels. Thanks and I'll certainly be back again.

This company is absolutely tremendous. From start to finish it took 9 days. No postage to pay for, fantastic customer services - Hannah was very helpful and professional - brilliant price and amazing results. I couldn't be happier.
I've used other online 'opticians' with varying degrees of success or value for money. The last one took 35 days to complete a fairly simple order!
I cannot recommend this company enough and will be using them again as soon as I can. It really does do what it says it will do. Very happy to have found them

Flawless service from beginning to end. Had issues with my new varifocal’s fitting. Got this transformed to sunglasses instead and new frames with new lenses all made to perfection. Excellent customer service and communication from Mike throughout. Would highly recommend.

I have found this company who appears to be competitive in price , which usually means to watch out for something or another from past experience .
I have been emailing this company with specific questioning regarding differences in lenses, warranty, replacement and refund concerns .

What I have come to the conclusion is this retailer online form does not work all the time ,any responses received are vague and required repetitive chasing.

So far they have not been able to be a one point of contact to obtain all the necessary info, found to be difficult to deal with .

This usually sets the grounds to what you are likely to experience once you part with your cash.

I would recommend you look at your customer service and invest in that , usually a good point to start for any business .

Have had about six pairs of glasses from Reglaze Specs, we have a dog that snatches anything at her level 🐶😂😂. Have had the value frames on all occasions and they are great ( no point paying hundreds for them to get chewed). I highly recommend Reglaze Specs.

Second time I use them to reglaze frames I bought in TKMaxx and I’m delighted!
I shipped the frame on Monday, they received it on Wednesday, called me the same day to double check my prescription and got the glasses back on Saturday. All perfect and much less expensive than high street opticians

Good communication, fast turnaround. My glasses came back like new, with the new prescription spot on. I will use them again.

Replaced the lenses in my Ray-Bans, which previously had rubbish quality lenses from glassesdirect.

I have terrible eyesight and a strong prescription (-5.5), wanted to wait and see how the quality of Reglaze lenses held up before reviewing, I purchased Hoya lenses back in Aug 2022, and I'm happy to say they are great and holding up really well!

The service was great and the speed was really fast, from receving my frames it took about 6 days before they shipped them back to me.

wow what a service ! I enquired about removing prescription sunglass lenses changed to blank sunglass lenses on the Tuesday , paid for the service Wednesday they immediately ordered the lenses for my Raybans . Same day I posted the frames to them recorded delivery . They received replacement lenses and my frames Thursday and WOW They were changed and posted back. They were in my hands Friday and they are perfect !!😀 Thanks highly recommend 👍

Had a reglaze on my favourite frames , that my opticians would not do, said i needed to have new frames, The quality and service received from Reglaze specs was exceptional, also saved approx £100 on the lens. all done and returned in just over a week, No wonder they have excellent reviews. highly recommend

An absolutely faultless, trouble-free and quick service to reglaze a frame I'd supplied with high spec. fairly complex prescription lenses at a fraction of the cost I was expecting to pay. Highly recommended.

I found Reglaze Specs online after reading and comparing quite a few websites. I chose Reglaze Specs based on the excellent reviews and the fact I could save a lot compared to the high street. I needed two pairs of varifocal glasses one reglazed and one new pair of prescription sunglasses. On the high street it would have been around £1000 as I have quite a high prescription and require compressed lenses. I wasn't disappointed! The service was excellent, polite, efficient and I have two lovely pair of glasses at affordable prices. I plan to use Reglaze Specs for subsequent glasses. Ordered lenses for a Quest 2 headset and they were excellent as was communication and service. Will definately order again if I need anything in the future.

Easy to order, good email updates on progress and all at a great price. Very happy with the end result - saved a really comfy pair of frames from the bin.
