While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

Overly complicating simple issues for no reason

There seems to be all sorts of issues transferring from one office location to aother in a different country.
I have been using the services over 10 years now I do not seem to be getting any posts to the new location. Canceling the old office and not renewing the contract so we could be in the new location us also over burdomson as even notifying the old office location multiple times of our business changing locations and not renewing with the old office address they still seem to have automatically renewed the contract against our requests.
Lastly you are making tgd sign in process overly complicated for no reason. We are not a multi million euro company so a simple password should be more than fine in signing into our online account. It is ridiculous to have to enter in a pass code sent to our email then need the QR code followed by a QR authenticator. This is simply burdomson and a big inconvenience. So much so we are debating going with a different company at this time. Your simply making thinks difficult for no apparent reason that does nothing but feel over taxing on us and our business actions.

Hi Andre,
I’m very sorry to hear your disappointment.
We have reviewed your concerns and can confirm that the existing Virtual Office agreement was not ended online before a new agreement was signed in another country. As a result, there are currently two active Virtual Office agreements, both of which remain valid under the agreed terms.
To end an agreement, please log in to www.myregus.com and go to Account > Products and Services > Workspaces and Services > End Agreement. Once submitted, you will receive an email confirming the agreement's end date.
Regarding the renewal, we can see that a courtesy reminder was sent to the email address on file 9 November 2025, including details of the renewal terms and the option to end the agreement if the service was no longer required. Renewal confirmation emails can also be viewed under My Account > Documents.
Regarding the login issue, we understand that this has now been resolved and assistance has been provided. We appreciate your feedback and will take it into account for future improvements.
One of our team members has also emailed you directly to assist further. We understand that you may not be satisfied with the outcome so far, and if you would like to continue the discussion, please reply to that email and we will be happy to help.
Best,
Lorraine Brule
