Praise for employees

I wanted to heap some praise on the front desk receptionist at your Regus Santa Ana location at 901 E. Civic Center Drive on 7-28-26. Her name is Khue, (phonetically pronounced Qway). And the same for Olivia at your Long Beach location, No. 1765.

These young ladies were absolutely delightful and accommodating. It can be extremely busy at the front desk with many guests trying to figure out where to go, which room, etc. Khue navigated the convergence of guests brilliantly with a smile, and Olivia (8-18-26) was so personable and kind, it was a pleasure speaking with her. These two ladies deserve a raise!

I do wish Regus would offer free coffee for guests though.
