The staff at the Regus office in the Pleasanton Corporate Commons location is great! They are so friendly and always accommodating and helpful. They make us feel like it's our actual office.
We renewed the lease for one more year. Scott and Josue are very nice and helpful. We are happy to stay in this location.

Ten-year Loyal customer of Regus - Very dissatisfied!
UPDATE: Don't be fooled by the very polite response below from management. Two days later, I received another email stating again how important their contracts are and that since I did not give three months advance notice, my annual contract was renewed, and NO, I CANNOT CANCEL!!! Even after ten years of loyalty, and the contract year has not even started, they won't let me out! It's too bad, the staff in the office are very nice and very helpful. They are great! It's too bad they work for a company that does not value customer service or loyalty!!! They only care about the dollar!!!
I have been a loyal customer of Regus, Pleasanton, CA for ten years. Now we are moving out of the country and after being told that yes they could forward mail to us internationally, we are told they cannot, after we signed for another year extension. The new year does not even start until July 1st, but since I already signed the agreement, they will not let me out of it! I even offered to pay an additional month for notice and they said "We take our renewals seriously...". My suggestion would be to take your customer service seriously rather than your renewals!!! So now after ten years of loyalty, they will not even consider letting me end my renewal contract early, even though it technically hasn't even started! Very poor customer service.

Hi Tim,
I am sorry to hear of your dissatisfaction.
All our agreements have notice periods and auto renewal clauses.
In order not to renew for another term we needed notification prior to 31 March 2024.
We did not hear from you, so the agreement automatically renewed on 1 April.
We could not verify that you were informed that we can send mail abroad.. You then asked for an early termination based on this information, well after the notice period and renewal.
Your US team offered to relocate your agreement to the new country, where we have many locations, but you refused.
A member of my team has been in touch to clarify the situation and the local team are still happy to help with a relocation of your agreement should this be a better option for you.

The facilities are conveniently located and competitively priced for what they provide. I also like having the ability to visit multiple locations in my area depending on where I need to be each work day. Lastly, the staff at each facility has been great.
