SCAM

Apparel Connect Limited is operating an Amazon scam under a company registered to your address. If you search “URS Choice Store (Express Delivery)” on Amazon you will see hundreds of 1 star reviews about charging people £100’s for items and sending a single EU charging cable instead, only giving people partial refunds instead of the full amount. If you have no connections to this company operating out of office 3.10 I suggest you look into it.

Poor service and overly expensive

We rented an office in recent times at Regus Harrow and had a very poor experience. We strongly advise seeking alternative local offices at a more reasonable cost, such as through Nagle James or Chamberlain Commercial.

The following featured during our time at Regus: an expensive rent; rental increases and many hidden costs; the heating and air conditioning broken for over a year with little communication or alternative arrangements - hence the office very cold or hot; mice in the office; very thin walls hence sound travelling between offices readily, very much limiting any privacy and causing confidentiality concerns; the lift broken for several months, again with very little communication or alternatives offered; Regus reception staff turnover being very high and inconsistent; no use of kitchen by default and the cost to use per staff member absurd.

Additionally, the location sounds promising but the main entrance is strangely tucked away inside the station entrance, which some of our visitors found hard to locate.

Please ignore any defensiveness or denials in response to this review. The above represents our experience as it was, and all communicated to reception or 'ticketed'. Should any of these issues have not been then passed on to Regus head offices, this again indicates their commiunication issues.

I have called to make an enquiry…

I have called to make an enquiry regarding Harrow Regus in London.
The person on the phone was extremely keen on signing me up on the day, even before offering a quote they said “ can you join in today ? ( quite worried about the approach )
I have mentioned multiple times that I am just checking around as I work from home and wanted to explore some options.
I mentioned that I will need to check with my partner as well.
The person was extremely pushy, and needless to say ever since that call I receive 2-3 missed calls per day every day from Regus ( with different numbers ) . I find this very disturbing and almost harassing.
I do understand sales but I never came across anything like this before, and the person wanted to sign me up to a contract before I even view the facilities, shouts massive red flag.
Seems like they just want to take your money and harass you with 2-3 calls per day every day if you even ask them a question.
Very desperate and very unprofessional.
