I have had a nightmare of a time with them…
1. Ended up creating a second account somehow because the salesperson who sent my contract did so under a different account.
2. He then me I could delete the other account…which, when I followed his instructions, ended up deleting my whole profile… so now I can’t get access my account or contact to tech support because you have to log into their app.
3. Then I went to the office only to have a nightmare with the office staff, which included a receptionist who was getting told off in front of clients by the office director who later when speaking with me threw him and the sales guy under the bus and then told me the reason I was having a problem was because of my browser.
The solution that’s been proposed: carry around a Post-It with my account number on it.
