Moving into our new office at Liverpool, Derby Square

Moving into our new office at Liverpool, Derby Square has been a genuinely excellent experience with Regus. From the outset, the team made the transition seamless – clear communication, efficient onboarding, and a very warm, professional welcome.

What really stands out is the quality of the service on site. The staff are attentive, responsive, and proactive, always ensuring the space runs smoothly and that any requests are handled quickly and with care. The office itself is modern, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed, creating a productive and professional environment from day one.

Regus does exceptionally well at combining flexibility with high standards. The facilities, location, and day-to-day support make it easy to focus on work without unnecessary distractions. It feels like a well-managed, supportive workspace rather than just a serviced office.

A great experience all round – I would highly recommend Regus at Liverpool, Derby Square to any business looking for a professional, hassle-free office solution in Liverpool.

Regus Liverpool, Derby Square

Regus Liverpool, Derby Square is an excellent centre. It is bright with plenty of natural light, clean, and tidy. The lounge area is well presented with a variety of break-out areas to work or relax. The kitchen is— again—clean, tidy, and well stocked with tea and coffee. The open plan layout creates a communal atmosphere with quiet background hum, which makes the co-working area an enjoyable place to work while watching the Regus world go by. A special mention must go to Anna, the Community Manager, and Evie and Mia, the Community Associates, who are so friendly and welcoming.

Deposit unreturned

We have requested our office deposit and waited 3 months for the refund since the request date when they mention a maximum of 30 days waiting time. I am still waiting and as the days pass feel like the deposit will not be reimbursed. I have raised at least 20 tickets, sent multiple emails to community manager, account helpdesk and called the phone service and we always get replies with either misinformation or asking us to wait. This company is not adhering to their contractual terms where they claim to reimburse the deposit (retainer) within 30 days , if they will ever reimburse it. Should the deposit not be sent back to us we will be informing all tenants of Regus of what will happen to them.

I’m sorry if you felt the need to escalate this.
We fully understand the importance of receiving your refund promptly and have taken measures to make the process as smooth as possible for our customers.
After requesting your retainer through your online account (myregus.com) we expect a retainer refund to be processed 30 days after the end of your agreement or 30 days after the request (whichever is later).
Your agreement in your new account ended on 29 February 2024 and the retainer refund request was raised on 06 March 2024. Therefore, the retainer process is still under the given timeline, and you will be notified once the retainer refund has been processed successfully.

I have paid already the last invoice, have sent the proof of payment 3566456544 times and they keep trying to charge me on my account. It's insane the nightmare that you experience with this company. My contract finished end of October, it's 8th march now and I'm still in this nightmare.

Ignore their responses to our reviews, they will just say what fits good on the picture for them

We understand that you’ve made payment, and provided us with the proof (only twice, despite your claims) but the standard time for this to be allocated has not yet passed and we’ve already informed you of it.
