Terrible billing and extras are way too high
I really enjoyed working with the staff members in Norwich. However, Regus billing is confusing and more often than not incorrect. Large amounts were taken and then credited in endless cycles. They signed us up for 'priority internet' by default (as an example). Also, you need to watch out for excessive extras including an end of contract fee - we have had to pay £800 to make the office good end of contract.
