I rented an office in Rotterdam (The Mark) for two days and was given a different room each day. 5th and 8th October.
Both rooms were partly dirty.
In both rooms, some chairs were broken and the upholstery was torn.
In the second room, the whiteboard was still completely covered with writing from the previous tenant.
In both rooms, the walls were full of screws and holes. Hanging a few pictures there would look much more professional and less like a construction site.
Both times I paid for a bottle of water, but it was never there.
On the positive side, the organisation was good. The staff at the reception were well prepared and very friendly.
The rooms, however, were not acceptable. Luckily I wasn't there with a client, because that would have been very embarrassing.

The chair with the loose armrest will be addressed, and the team has been reminded to ensure whiteboards and meeting rooms are checked and cleaned to our usual standards. The water ordered for your booking was available for collection from reception.
What is disappointing is that these concerns were not raised during your visit, as the team would have welcomed the opportunity to resolve them immediately. We also understood that your feedback at departure was positive, so your later comments came as a surprise.
That said, we value your feedback and have shared it with the local team to support ongoing improvements.
