Also disappointed that my office had no capability to be locked if I stepped away.

The facility is great and Adam, the community manager is a pleasure to work with. However, I was charged twice without me knowing and that is not good. There was no follow up email from the Account Department despite sending me an email saying they will follow up. I found your accounting and billing department is really below par.
